Purpose: Cluster of differentiation 40 (CD40) is expressed on B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL) cases. However, the effect of CD40 activation on B-ALL cells has never been tested in vivo.

Purpose: For the first time, three currently available 360° CZT-SPECT/CT cameras were compared under clinical conditions using phantom-based measurements.
Methods: A Tc- and a Lu-customized NEMA IEC body phantom were imaged with three different cameras, StarGuide (GE Healthcare), VERITON-CT versions 200 (V200) and 400 (V400) (Spectrum Dynamics Medical) under the same clinical conditions. Energy resolution and volumetric sensitivity were evaluated from energy spectra.

Methods And Materials: This is a retrospective multicenter study of patients who underwent preoperative RT and surgery for limb or trunk wall STS between 2007 and 2018 in French Sarcoma Group centers and were enrolled in the "Conticabase". Patterns of LR were investigated taking into account the multimodal response after preoperative RT.

Despite the progress made in treatments, melanoma is one of the cancers for which its incidence and mortality have increased during recent decades. In the research of new therapeutic strategies, natural polyphenols such as chrysin could be good candidates owing to their capacities to modulate the different fundamental aspects of tumorigenesis and resistance mechanisms, such as oxidative stress and neoangiogenesis. In the present study, we sought to determine whether chrysin could exert antitumoral effects via the modulation of angiogenesis by acting on oxidative stress and associated DNA damage.

Among all approaches in molecular imaging, the combination of near-infrared fluorescence imaging (NIRF) with radioisotopic imaging (PET or SPECT) allows one to benefit from the advantages of each of the imaging techniques, which are very complementary and of comparable sensitivity. To this end, the construction of monomolecular multimodal probes (MOMIP) has made it possible to combine the two imaging modalities within the same molecule, thus limiting the number of bioconjugation sites and yielding more homogeneous conjugates compared with those prepared through sequential conjugation. However, in order to optimize the bioconjugation strategy and, at the same time, the pharmacokinetic and biodistribution properties of the resulting imaging agent, a site-specific approach may be preferred.

Background: Three partially overlapping breast cancer polygenic risk scores (PRS) comprising 77, 179 and 313 SNPs have been proposed for European-ancestry women by the Breast Cancer Association Consortium (BCAC) for improving risk prediction in the general population. However, the effect of these SNPs may vary from one country to another and within a country because of other factors.
Objective: To assess their associated risk and predictive performance in French women from (1) the CECILE population-based case-control study, (2) BRCA1 or BRCA2 (BRCA1/2) pathogenic variant (PV) carriers from the GEMO study, and (3) familial breast cancer cases with no BRCA1/2 PV and unrelated controls from the GENESIS study.
