[Rectal mass revealing peritoneal inclusion cyst with peritoneal endometriosis incidentally discovered: About a case and review of the literature].

Peritoneal inclusion cyst is a rare benign tumor. It usually affects women of reproductive age. Its etiology is poorly understood; a history of endometriosis, pelvic inflammatory disease and pelvic surgery are sometimes implicated in its occurrence.

Mass spectrometry and multiplex antigen assays to assess microbial quality and toxin production of Staphylococcus aureus strains isolated from clinical and food samples.

The aim of our study was to investigate the microbial quality of meat products and on some clinical samples in Abidjan focused on Staphylococcus genus and the toxin production profile of Staphylococcus aureus (S. aureus) isolated. Bacteria were collected from 240 samples of three meat products sold in Abidjan and 180 samples issued from clinical infections.

Anatomic variation: absence of portal vein bifurcation.

Purpose: To describe in CT scan the absence of a portal vein bifurcation.

Methods: We described the contrast-enhanced CT scan appearance of an absence of portal vein bifurcation in an "asymptomatic" 39 year old woman.

Results: It was a single intrahepatic portal vein which crossed the entire liver parenchyma from the right to the left and with a gradually decreasing diameter.

Context: Cheloid scars are common in black African. Treatment is not adequately codified and chronicity of these cheloid scars is responsible for frequent recurrences.

Objective: To assess treatment of cheloid scars for their codification.

Buruli ulcer is still a public health problem in Côte d'Ivoire. Its physiopathology is poorly described and suggests a new clinical form. We report a clinical case in a 18-year-old patient who had a cold abscess on the right elbow.
