Introduction: Expanded-criteria donors (ECDs) are used to reduce the shortage of kidneys for transplantation. However, kidneys from ECDs are associated with an increased risk of delayed graft function (DGF), a risk factor for allograft loss and mortality. HYPOREME will be a multicentre randomised controlled trial (RCT) comparing targeted hypothermia to normothermia in ECDs, in a country where the use of machine perfusion for organ storage is the standard of care.

Objectives: Patients who develop upper gastrointestinal bleeding (UGIB) while in hospital appear to have a poor prognosis. Our study aims at analysing the difference in outcome between in-patients (IPs) and out-patients presenting with variceal and non-variceal UGIB.

Methods: We conducted a multicentre prospective study by collecting data about variceal and non-variceal UGIB cases through 46 hospitals in France between November 2017 and October 2018.

Objective: This study examined the impact of lockdown for SARS-CoV-2 on breast cancer management via an online survey in a French multicentre setting.

Material And Methods: This is a multicentre retrospective study, over the strict lockdown period from March 16th to May 11th, 2020 in metropolitan France. 20 centres were solicited, of which 12 responded to the survey.

This report presents the case of a young man of 24 years old with Asperger syndrome who ingest quantities of medication whose flecainide. Resume of his stay in intensive care unit, notably serious adverse effect which ventricular tachycardia with membrane stabilizing effect and lengthening of stay in intensive care unit. Study of literature of different take care already published, with notion of mid-term leaching of flecainide which were ingest days before, at different levels all over the world.

A placebo is used to fight pain, insomnia or anxiety. The placebo effect is said to be this one produced by this 'fake' medication. However, could it not chiefly be the effect produced by the trust relationship established between a patient and a caregiver at a given moment? Infantile pyknocytosis is a rare cause of neonatal jaundice and hemolytic anemia. We report on two cases in twin girls that were diagnosed on peripheral blood smear reading. Pyknocytosis should be considered in cases of early unexplained severe hemolytic anemia, and systematic peripheral smear review performed.
