We examine herding behavior before, during, and after the Covid-19 pandemic in eight prominent Asian stock markets. Daily stock returns for the period Jan- 2018 to July- 2022 in the markets were investigated using the models prescribed by Chang et al., (2000) and Chiang and Zheng (2010).

This paper explores the impact of infrastructure on trade connectivity among ASEAN and three Asian countries-India, China, and Japan. Our study is mainly motivated by the increased infrastructure investment and trade among these countries in recent years. The main results of trade network analysis include high trade density and interconnectedness among ASEAN, India, China, and Japan.

Reduction of fossil fuels at an alarming rate has attracted increasing attention to blending biofuels worldwide. India's energy demand is expected to grow at an annual rate of 4-5 times over the next couple of decades. With self-sufficiency levels in crude oil becoming a distant dream, there is growing interest to look out for alternative fuels and the biofuels are an important option for policy makers in India.

Background: Auxillary nurse midwives (ANMs) are the most important frontline multi-purpose workers in rural India. This study was conducted to assess the spectrum of service delivery, time utilisation, work planning, and factors affecting functioning of ANMs in South India.
Methods: We conducted a time and motion study in three districts across two states in South India.
Background: In India, amidst the increasing number of health programmes, there are concerns about the performance of frontline health workers (FLHW). We assessed the time utilisation and factors affecting the work of frontline health workers from South India.
Methods: This is a mixed methods study using time and motion (TAM) direct observations and qualitative enquiry among frontline/community health workers.

Child chronic undernutrition, as measured by stunting, is prevalent in low- and middle-income countries and is among the major threats to child development. While stunting and its implications for cognitive development have been considered irreversible beyond early childhood there is a lack of consensus in the literature on this, as there is some evidence of recovery from stunting and that this recovery may be associated with improvements in cognition. Less is known however, about the drivers of growth recovery and the aspects of recovery linked to cognitive development.
