Background: Despite their high prevalence and significant burden, mental disorders remain grossly under-diagnosed and under-treated. In low-and-middle-income countries, such as Mali, integrating mental health services into primary care is the most viable way of closing the treatment gap. The aim of this study was to assess the effects of a mental health e-learning program on the knowledge, attitudes and practices of primary healthcare professionals in Mali.

Background: Influenza vaccines are effective in decreasing hospitalizations and mortality related to influenza and its complications. However, the Vaccine Coverage Rate of influenza remains low and multifaceted efforts are required to improve it. The aim of this study was to assess the impact on influenza vaccine perception using a digital tool among outpatients and health care workers (HCWs).

[RENAPE network: Towards more equitable access to care and expertise for patients with rare peritoneal cancers].

ZO-1 interacts with YB-1 in endothelial cells to regulate stress granule formation during angiogenesis.

Zonula occludens-1 (ZO-1) is involved in the regulation of cell-cell junctions between endothelial cells (ECs). Here we identify the ZO-1 protein interactome and uncover ZO-1 interactions with RNA-binding proteins that are part of stress granules (SGs). Downregulation of ZO-1 increased SG formation in response to stress and protected ECs from cellular insults.

Purpose: This study aimed to seek predictive factors and develop a predictive tool for sacral nerve modulation (SNM) implantation in patients with non-obstructive urinary retention and/or slow urinary stream (NOUR/SS).

Methods: This study was designed as a retrospective study including all patients who have undergone a two-stage SNM for NOUR/SS between 2000 and 2021 in 11 academic hospitals. The primary outcome was defined as the implantation rate.

Lifetime Management of Patients With Severe Aortic Stenosis in the Era of Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement.

Aortic stenosis is the most common valvular disease. Background: Implementation of digital health technologies has grown rapidly, but many remain limited to pilot studies due to challenges, such as a lack of evidence or barriers to implementation. Overcoming these challenges requires learning from previous implementations and systematically documenting implementation processes to better understand the real-world impact of a technology and identify effective strategies for future implementation.

Objective: A group of global experts, facilitated by the Geneva Digital Health Hub, developed the Guidelines and Checklist for the Reporting on Digital Health Implementations (iCHECK-DH, pronounced "I checked") to improve the completeness of reporting on digital health implementations.

Humanistic nursing tailored to the needs of young men with cancer.

The goal of this study is to describe and understand humanistic nursing that is tailored to the needs of young men (18-39 years) with cancer. Eight young men with cancer (n = 8, average age = 28 years) were interviewed individually. Two themes emerged from the interviews: (1) trust between nurse and patient is paramount; and (2) this patient population has needs that are not currently being met through the humanistic nursing approach.

Introduction: The aim of this narrative review conducted by the Prostate Cancer Committee of the French Association of Urology (CC-AFU) was to provide an update on the current evidence for the impact of PET/CT in the management of men with non-metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (nmCRPC).

Material And Methods: This review is based on data available in the literature on PET/CT imaging for staging nmCRPC patients. A PubMed search and narrative review of the data were performed in March 2022.

Recently, advances in imaging modalities and in particular Positron-Emission Tomography with computed tomography (PET/CT) imaging allow for better detection and characterization of lesions outside the prostatic bed at recurrence. Thus, treatment at BCR can be significantly improved by a tailored strategy based on new generation imaging.
