Background: Despite their high prevalence and significant burden, mental disorders remain grossly under-diagnosed and under-treated. In low-and-middle-income countries, such as Mali, integrating mental health services into primary care is the most viable way of closing the treatment gap. The aim of this study was to assess the effects of a mental health e-learning program on the knowledge, attitudes and practices of primary healthcare professionals in Mali.

Background: Influenza vaccines are effective in decreasing hospitalizations and mortality related to influenza and its complications. However, the Vaccine Coverage Rate of influenza remains low and multifaceted efforts are required to improve it. The aim of this study was to assess the impact on influenza vaccine perception using a digital tool among outpatients and health care workers (HCWs).

Since its creation in 2010, the progressive structuration of the RENAPE network (Réseau national de prise en charge des tumeurs rares du péritoine) supported by the "Institut national du cancer" and the "Direction générale de l'offre de soins", allowed the optimization of the healthcare system involved in the management of the rare cancers of the peritoneum. In this setting, the RENA-PATH group has also been reinforced, notably by its recognized diagnostic expertise in pathology and its interface with the MESOPATH group. Moreover RENAPE and RENA-PATH led to guidelines diffusion through the integration, in 2019, to the ``Thesaurus National de Cancérologie Digestive'' (TNCD) and to post-university medical education programs.

Despite several improvements in outcomes, metastatic prostate cancer remains deadly. Alterations in the homologous recombination repair (HRR) pathway are associated with more aggressive disease. Olaparib and rucaparib, two poly-ADP-ribose polymerase (PARP) inhibitors, have received approval from the authorities of several countries for their anti-tumoral effects in patients with metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancers harboring HRR gene alterations, in particular .

Zonula occludens-1 (ZO-1) is involved in the regulation of cell-cell junctions between endothelial cells (ECs). Here we identify the ZO-1 protein interactome and uncover ZO-1 interactions with RNA-binding proteins that are part of stress granules (SGs). Downregulation of ZO-1 increased SG formation in response to stress and protected ECs from cellular insults.

The aim of this study was to systematically review the current evidence regarding the oncological and functional outcomes of salvage radical prostatectomy (sRP) for recurrent prostate cancer. A systematic review was conducted throughout September 2022 using the PubMed, Science Direct, Scopus, and Embase databases. Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-analysis (PRISMA) guidelines were followed to identify eligible studies.

Purpose: This study aimed to seek predictive factors and develop a predictive tool for sacral nerve modulation (SNM) implantation in patients with non-obstructive urinary retention and/or slow urinary stream (NOUR/SS).
Methods: This study was designed as a retrospective study including all patients who have undergone a two-stage SNM for NOUR/SS between 2000 and 2021 in 11 academic hospitals. The primary outcome was defined as the implantation rate.

Aortic stenosis is the most common valvular disease. Surgical aortic valve replacement (SAVR) using mechanical valves has been the preferred treatment for younger patients, but bioprosthetic valves are gaining favour to avoid anticoagulation with warfarin. Transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR) was approved in recent years for the treatment of severe aortic stenosis in intermediate- and low-risk patients as an alternative to SAVR.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop and test across various scanners a zone-specific region-of-interest (ROI)-based computer-aided diagnosis system (CAD) aimed at characterizing, on MRI, International Society of Urological Pathology (ISUP) grade≥2 prostate cancers.
Materials And Methods: ROI-based quantitative models were selected in multi-vendor training (265 pre-prostatectomy MRIs) and pre-test (112 pre-biopsy MRIs) datasets. The best peripheral and transition zone models were combined and retrospectively assessed in internal (158 pre-biopsy MRIs) and external (104 pre-biopsy MRIs) test datasets.

Background: Implementation of digital health technologies has grown rapidly, but many remain limited to pilot studies due to challenges, such as a lack of evidence or barriers to implementation. Overcoming these challenges requires learning from previous implementations and systematically documenting implementation processes to better understand the real-world impact of a technology and identify effective strategies for future implementation.
Objective: A group of global experts, facilitated by the Geneva Digital Health Hub, developed the Guidelines and Checklist for the Reporting on Digital Health Implementations (iCHECK-DH, pronounced "I checked") to improve the completeness of reporting on digital health implementations.

The goal of this study is to describe and understand humanistic nursing that is tailored to the needs of young men (18-39 years) with cancer. Eight young men with cancer (n = 8, average age = 28 years) were interviewed individually. Two themes emerged from the interviews: (1) trust between nurse and patient is paramount; and (2) this patient population has needs that are not currently being met through the humanistic nursing approach.

The negative impact of tricuspid regurgitation on prognosis in now well established. It also appears clear that surgical and possibly percutaneous treatment should be performed before reaching a point of no return with advanced heart failure and deterioration of right ventricle function. Percutaneous treatment has been divided into coaptation restoration devices, annuloplasty devices, and ortho- or heterotopic valve replacement.

Patients treated by radical prostatectomy (RP) for localized prostate cancer (PCa) may experience biochemical recurrence (BCR) in approximately 30% of cases. Recently, advances in imaging modalities and in particular Positron-Emission Tomography with computed tomography (PET/CT) imaging allow for better detection and characterization of lesions outside the prostatic bed at recurrence. Thus, treatment at BCR can be significantly improved by a tailored strategy based on new generation imaging.
