Traumatic dislocations of the shoulder joint are generally described as an antero-inferior dislocations. Anterior-superior dislocations are extremely rare. We report a rare case of traumatic dislocation of the anterior-superior shoulder in a 45-year-old patient whose physical examination showed an anterior-superior subcutaneous protrusion of the head filling the subacromial space.

We here report the case of a 41-year-old female patient with maculopapular rash occurring a week after receiving hydroxychloroquine 400 mg for primary Gougerot-Sjögren syndrome with articular involvement. The patient had more than 1-year history of idiopathic minimal glomerular lesion, effectively treated with corticosteroid therapy. Maculopapular rashes resolved after hydroxychloroquine treatment was stopped and the patient was given hydrocortisone and desloratadine.

Congenital cystic disease of the biliary tree is a known risk factor for gallbladder cancer. We here report a case of squamous cell carcinoma of the bile duct (BD) complicating a cystic dilatation of the bile ducts in a 54-year-old woman hospitalized for biliary pancreatitis. Abdominal scanner showed nodular thickening of the fundus of the gallbladder and fusiform dilation of the cystic duct and the main bile duct (VBP) with lesion of the tail of the pancreas, initially suggesting mucinous cystadenoma.

This study reports the case of a 45-year-old female patient who underwent brain CT scan which fortuitously revealed de novo lesion. She was diagnosed with left isodense intradiploid lesion in the pterional region with bone lysis uniformly enhancing after injection of contrast medium. Magnetic resonance imaging showed T1-weighted hypointense lesion, spontaneously hyperintense signal on T2-weighted images and FLAIR images, strongly enhancing after gadolinium injection.

Idiopathic granulomatous mastitis is a rare benign inflammatory mastopathy. Histological examination of the surgical biopsy can confirm the diagnosis and thus exclude carcinomatous mastitis. Although its etiologies are undeterminated and it occurs mainly in young women, its idiopathic nature is confirmed after exclusion of the other causes of granulomatous disease.

Percutaneous nephrolithotomy is a potentially invasive technique associated with a risk of complications, in particular bleeding. We report the case of a 70-year old female patient who had only left kidney and with a history of renal calculi treated with percutaneous nephrolithotomy.
