Introduction: The beneficial effect of corticosteroids has been well established, particularly in patients free of infection with the human immunodeficiency virus. Squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) of the skin usually occurs in older patients and commonly develops from actinic keratosis. Patients with xeroderma pigmentosum (XP) are highly sensitive to ultraviolet radiation and prone to develop multiple skin malignancies and can acquire SCC at an early age. We report an 18-month-old girl with XP who presented clinically because of a bilateral facial skin mass that was biopsied and found to be SCC.

Cystic adenoid carcinoma (CAC) of the trachea, also called cylindroma, is a rare malignant tumor accounting for 1 per thousand of all respiratory tract cancers. We report three cases of cylindroma in patients hospitalized for inspiratory dyspnea due to a tracheal tumor. Bronchoscopy using a rigid tube revealed a smooth tumor of the trachea.

We report our experience with treating the vaginal aplasia by vaginoplasty used sigmoid graft in about three cases. Two patients presented with the Rokitansky-Kuster-Hauser syndrome and one a gender reassignment for intersex. Anatomic and functional results were satisfactory with no vagina stenosis.

The authors reports their experience of a large series of 1050 cases of vesico-vaginal fistulas recorded during 30 years and analyse their epidemiological, anatomo-clinical, and therapeutic aspects. Patients could be classified as a function of site of fistula into 3 types, according to the Benchekroun's classification: type I ureto-vaginal fistula (30%); type II cervico-vaginal fistula (22%); type III vesico-vaginal fistula (48%). Etiology was mainly obstetrical (93%).

The impalpable testicles account for approximately 10 to 20% of the total of the not descended testicles. The importance of laparoscopy is increasingly significant, because apart from its diagnostic role recently a therapeutic interest was added. Thirty-five nonpalpable testicles took advantage of laparoscopic exploration at the pediatric's emergency surgery ward at the children's hospital of Rabat within the last 2 years.

Inflammatory pseudotumor is a reactive benign lesion which can be very difficult to distinguish from some malignant bladder tumors like sarcomas or sarcomatoid carcinoma. Inflammatory pseudotumour (IPT) of the urinary bladder is a benign proliferate lesion which can simulate clinically and histologically a sarcoma. A case of an inflammatory pseudotumor of the urinary bladder in a 18-years-old man is presented.
