In patients with transplant-eligible newly diagnosed multiple myeloma, induction therapy with a quadruplet regimen prior to autologous transplant is the standard of care. The phase III IFM2020-02-MIDAS study (NCT04934475) assessed a minimal residual disease (MRD)-driven consolidation and maintenance strategy following induction with isatuximab, carfilzomib, lenalidomide, and dexamethasone (IsaKRD). Background: The tumor mutational burden (TMB) is high in melanomas owing to UV-induced oncogenesis. While a high TMB is a predictive biomarker of response to PD-1 inhibitors, it may be associated with the rise of resistant clones to targeted therapy over time. Objectives: The specific roles of remission status, lupus low disease activity state (LLDAS), and damage accrual on the prognosis of pregnancies in women with SLE are unknown. We analysed their impact on maternal flares and adverse pregnancy outcomes (APOs).

Methods: We evaluated all women (≥18 years) with SLE enrolled in the prospective GR2 study with an ongoing singleton pregnancy at 12 weeks (one pregnancy/woman).

Prognostic factors associated with upper gastrointestinal bleeding based on the French multicenter SANGHRIA trial.

 Prognostic and risk factors for upper gastrointestinal bleeding (UGIB) might have changed overtime because of the increased use of direct oral anticoagulants and improved gastroenterological care. This study was undertaken to assess the outcomes of UGIB in light of these new determinants by establishing a new national, multicenter cohort 10 years after the first.  Consecutive outpatients and inpatients with UGIB symptoms consulting at 46 French general hospitals were prospectively included between November 2017 and October 2018.
