Antenatal urine of 497 pregnant women was collected in the Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics of a county hospital in Jiaozuo, Henan. The content of the main metabolites of synthetic pyrethroid pesticides in urine were determined. After 1 year, physical development indices of 1-year old infants, such as height, weight, and head and chest circumference, were measured.

We investigated the effect of 1.4% isoflurane (ISO) on the development of inflammation and apoptosis caused by zymosan (ZY) in mice. Methods: Used the extraction rate of baicalin and geniposide comprehensive contribution rate variance as index, extraction time and added water were as factors, central composite design was used for optimization of extraction process, and forecasting analysis parameters.

Results: The optimal extraction process was as follows: extraction time 139 min, added water 13 times, grading index was 0.

Methods: 124 cases of IAC were randomly divided into two groups, a treatment group of 62 cases treated by oral administration of SPFDP plus ARCAU and a control group of 62 cases treated simply by ARCAU. Aldosterone (ALD) level in plasma, levels of total bilirubin (TBIL) and albumin (ALB) in serum, and activity of alanine aminotransferase (ALT) were determined in the two groups before and after treatment.

Methods: Thirty healthy dogs were divided randomly into five groups (n = 6 in each group), namely control, oleanolic acid tablet (OAT), O(3), YC and O(3) + YC, given either no particular pre-treatment, oral OAT, medical ozone rectal insulfflation every other day, oral YC, or oral YC plus medical ozone rectal insulfflation every other day, respectively, for 30 consecutive days. After pre-treatment, acute hepatic injury was induced in all dogs with a single-dose intraperitoneal injection of CCl(4).

Methods: Tissue microarray and immunohistochemistry by SABC method was employed for detecting COX-2 expression in 126 patients with advanced colorectal cancer, and the relationship of COX-2 expression with the clinicopathological features and prognosis of the patients was retrospectively analyzed.

Results: The patients were divided into two groups of low and high COX-2 groups according to the grade and extent of COX-2 expression.
