Vesicovaginal fistula with stone is an infrequent condition; therefore, it can be often misdiagnosed. The formation of vaginal stones is mainly due to urinary stasis and infection. We describe the case of a 69-year-old patient who was diagnosed with a vesicovaginal fistula in 2012.
