Background: Failed treatment of subtrochanteric fractures commonly leads to pain, limping, and poor limb function. Background: This retrospective study was conducted to know clinical and radiographic outcomes, complication rate, and survival of THA in patients with high hip dislocation secondary to developmental dysplasia(DDH) or septic arthritis of the hip(SSH).
