Background And Aim: (CM) and (AM) are medicinal mushrooms with potential applications in the treatment of mood disorders, including depression and anxiety. While research suggests that both CM and AM possess anti-inflammatory properties and hold potential for treating depression when administered separately, there is limited knowledge about their efficacy when combined in a formula, as well as the underlying mechanism involving the modulation of microglia.
Experimental Procedure: Rats received oral administrations of the low-dose formulation, medium-dose formulation, and high-dose formulation over 28 consecutive days as part of the UCMS protocols.

In this study, residues of 10 neonicotinoid insecticides were tested with 143 fresh samples of using the QuEChERS method combined with UPLC-MS/MS. Based on the residue results, the point estimation method was used to assess dietary risks for adults and children, and the cumulative risk was assessed according to the hazard index () and relative potency factor () methods. Various serotypes have caused numerous foodborne outbreaks associated with food vehicles in different categories. A method for simultaneous determination of Theanine and γ-aminobutyric acid (GABA), as the novel food of amino acids, which was established using pre-column derivatization and high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). 4-Dimethylaminoazobe nzene-4'-sulfonyl chloride (DABS-Cl) is employed as the derivatization reagent with chromophore linked to Theanine and GABA, which lacks chromophore for DAD analysis in its pristine structure. After the detection wavelength was confirmed, the chromatographic and derivatization conditions were also optimized, including the chromatographic column, mobile phases and their gradient, derivatization temperature and time, the additive amount of buffer solution and derivatization reagent.

The simultaneous detection and removal of Ag from drinking water was crucial for preventing human health, while it was also extremely challenging due to bifunctional materials that combine both Ag adsorption and detection functions rarely being explored. In this study, a benzotrithiophene-based covalent organic framework (TAPA-BTT) was synthesized and applied to detect and remove Ag. TAPA-BTT exhibited high crystallinity, a large specific surface area, and good thermal stability.
