The marine microbiome arouses an increasing interest, aimed at better understanding coral reef biodiversity, coral resilience, and identifying bioindicators of ecosystem health. The present study is a microbiome mining of three environmentally contrasted sites along the Hermitage fringing reef of La Réunion Island (Western Indian Ocean). This mining aims to identify bioindicators of reef health to assist managers in preserving the fringing reefs of La Réunion.

A Non-Equilibrium Species Distribution Model Reveals Unprecedented Depth of Time Lag Responses to Past Environmental Change Trajectories.

Previous studies have demonstrated legacy effects of current species distributions to past environmental conditions, but the temporal extent of such time lag dynamics remains unknown. Here, we have developed a non-equilibrium Species Distribution Modelling (SDM) approach quantifying the temporal extent that must be taken into account to capture 95% of the effect that a given time series of past environmental conditions has on the current distribution of a species. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine the clinical value of diagnostic tests for the long head of the biceps tendon (LHBT) injuries in the setting of a Patte stage 1 supraspinatus tendon rupture.

We report full quantum-computed average microcanonical, initial state-specific, and canonical cumulative time-delays associated with the O + O scattering, presented as a function of total energy (in relation to an idealized molecular beam experiment) or temperature (for the properties of the gas phase in bulk conditions). We show that these quantities are well-defined and computable, with a temperature-dependent (canonical) time-delay presenting a smooth, monotonic decreasing behavior with temperature, despite an energy-dependent (microcanonical) time-delay of apparent chaotic character. We discuss differences in behavior when considering isotopic variations, O + OO and O + OO, with respect to the reference process O + OO and reveal a greater magnitude of the cumulative time-delay when genuinely reactive events can take place, in the presence of O.

Objectives: To describe the clinical presentation and clinicopathological findings of dogs with nodular splenic lesions composed of heterogeneous cell components associated with systemic inflammation and to provide information on the outcome after surgical resection.

Materials And Methods: Medical records were searched for dogs with histologically and immunohistochemically characterised nodular splenic lesions with mixed stromal, histiocytic and lymphoid cells and the presence of systemic inflammatory markers at the time of diagnosis.
