Methods: We will describe the methodology used in the AO Spine TL A3/4 Study prospective observational study and how the radiographs collected for this study were utilized to study the relationships between various variables that factor into surgeon decision making.

Introduction: aneurysms are focal and permanent dilations of an artery; in pseudoaneurysms, the normal layers of the blood vessel are replaced by fibrous tissue. Due to their low incidence, as well as the diagnostic and therapeutic challenge they represent; our objective is to present the clinical case of a pseudoaneurysm of a digital artery of the hand and to carry out a systematic review of this pathology.
Material And Methods: literature search in Medline, using the terms "digital artery" and "aneurysm.
Background: The glenoid index (GI) (glenoid height to width ratio) has been shown to be a risk factor for instability in young healthy athletes. Nevertheless, whether the altered GI is a risk factor for recurrence after a Bankart repair remains unknown.
Methods: Between 2014 and 2018, 148 patients ≥ 18 years old with anterior glenohumeral instability underwent a primary arthroscopic Bankart repair in our institution.
The deficiency of the triceps tendon has been considered a relative contraindication to performing a total elbow arthroplasty. One of the conditions that may compromise triceps integrity is the presence of an olecranon non-union (ON). In this scenario, the placement of a total elbow arthroplasty in a patient with end-stage elbow arthritis is a complex problem to be solved.

On the other hand, in some very specific specialties, centralization is relevant, mainly due to the low frequency and prevalence of diseases, as well as the need to have highly specialized professionals, causing problems in terms of accessibility and costs for the health system.

Pigmented villonodular synovitis affecting the hip is rare. Seven new patients are presented and 117 cases from the literature are reviewed. Among the new patients, two refused treatment; in one patient, severe bone loss was observed after a radiographic followup of 21 years; the second patient showed no radiographic changes 2 years after diagnosis.
