: Cyclophosphamide (CP) is widely used for treating various cancers and autoimmune diseases, but it causes damage to reproductive organs due to oxidative stress (OS) and inflammation. Boric acid (BA) has antioxidant properties that may help reduce OS, which is critical for preserving uterine functionality, particularly for cancer patients considering pregnancy after cryopreservation. This study aimed to determine whether BA could diminish CP-induced toxicity in the uterus and fallopian tubes (FT) using CP-induced toxicity in a rat model.

The goal of this study is to synthesize new metal complexes containing -methyl-1-(pyridin-2-yl)methanimine and azide ligands as α-glucosidase inhibitors for Type 2 diabetes. Objectives: The aim was to describe the acoustic, auditory-perceptive, and subjective voice changes under the Lombard effect (LE) in adductor laryngeal dystonia (AdLD) patients.
Methods: Subjective perception of vocal effort (OMNI Vocal Effort Scale OMNI-VES), Maximum Phonation Time (MPT), and the perceptual severity of dysphonia (GRBAS scale) were assessed in condition of stillness and under LE in 10 AdLD patients and in 10 patients with typical voice. Speakers were asked to produce the sustained vowel /a/ and to read a phonetically balanced text aloud.
