Objective: To evaluate the favorite colors of patients with drug-resistant epilepsy.
Methods: Following examination, 50 patients were diagnosed in accordance with the 2005 proposal of the International League Against Epilepsy and the definition of drugresistant epilepsy since 2010. The favorite color examination used a six-color tape and Trycolors, an online color mixing tool.

Aim: To analyse clinical, laboratory and epidemiological characteristics of brucellosis in children in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Methods: The study included 246 children aged 0-18 years, who were hospitalized in Clinics and Departments for Infectious Diseases in Tuzla, Sarajevo, Banja Luka, Zenica and Bihać in the period 2000-2013, in whom the diagnosis of brucellosis was established based on anamnestic data, clinical features and positive results from blood culture and/or positive results from one of the serological tests.

Aim: The study is designed to show influence of cardiopulmonary by-pass (CPB) on respiratory function in patients who underwent cardiac surgery.
Patients And Methods: With respect on operative technique the patients were divided into two groups consisted of 40 patients, who underwent with or without CPB. On the bases of the hemodynamic measurements and counting alveolar arterial oxygen difference (A-a)DO2, saturation of mixed venous blood (SvO2), direct intrapulmonary shunt (V/Q) and hypoxemic score (PaO2/FiO2) preoperative and postoperative respiratory function in these patients is assumed.

We present an incarcerated Morgagni hernia in an octogenarian with incidental right-sided colonic malignancy who was admitted to clinic due to abdominal pain and symptoms of intestinal obstruction. An 85-old male patient had a history of constipation, abdominal distension, pain, vomiting, nausea and radiographic features of bowel obstruction and mediastinal mass in right lower chest. Under suspicion of acute intestinal obstruction due to transverse colon herniation in thorax through Morgagni foramen, emergent laparotomy was performed.

We present a case of male, premature born child with multiple anomalies. The physical status was dominated by penile duplication, with additional, abortion scrotum in the median line, without palpable content and omphalocele with semi septum of the anus. By ultrasound examination of internal organs, we found a complex congenital heart anomaly, multiple anomalies in abdomen and micro calcifications in the central nervous system.

Background And Objectives: Although many advantages of laparoscopic method in regard to open one have been already proved, both surgical methods may cause a certain number of complications. The goal of the study is to answer the question: Is Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy (LC) safer and more satisfactory method than open cholecystectomy (OC) concerning number, type and seriousness of complications?
Design And Setting: Prospective, the research includes all patients in Bihać Cantonal Hospital during 2007, who had cholecystectomy, laparoscopic or open, because of the gallbladder calculosus.
Methods: The study has included 476 patients who had cholecystectomy and who satisfied standards for this study.
