The aim of the study was to analyze the values of Foot and Ankle Disability Index (FADI) after kinesitherapy in subjects with bimalleolar or trimalleolar fracture of the ankle after surgery treatment and the obtained values of manual muscle test (MMT) and range of motion (ROM) after rehabilitation, compared with the obtained values of FADI index and on that basis evaluate its possibility in assessing the functionality of the respondents after surgery for bimalleolar or trimalleolar fracture of the ankle. The sample included 60 subjects over the age of 18 who underwent surgery for osteosynthesis due to bimalleolar or trimalleolar fracture of the ankle. All subjects were treated with kinesitherapy as part of the postoperative rehabilitation program.

Aim: The aim of the study is to evaluate the role of abdominal paracentesis drainage (APD) ahead of percutaneous catheter drainage (PCD), as a modification of the step-up approach, when treating acute pancreatitis (AP) with peritoneal ascitic fluid (PAF).

Patients And Methods: This is a prospective cohort study including 118 participants with AP in which the indicative factors for upgrading from APD to PCD were investigated in patients with PAF. Ninety six patients with a sufficient volume of PAF initially underwent ultrasound-guided APD and were separated into two groups : group A (the patients who did not undergo PCD after APD) and B (the patients who underwent PCD after APD).

The HERe2Cure project, which involved a group of breast cancer experts, members of multidisciplinary tumor boards from healthcare institutions in Bosnia and Herzegovina, was initiated with the aim of defining an optimal approach to the diagnosis and treatment of HER2 positive breast cancer. After individual multidisciplinary consensus meetings were held in all oncology centers in Bosnia and Herzegovina, a final consensus meeting was held in order to reconcile the final conclusions discussed in individual meetings. Guidelines were adopted by consensus, based on the presentations and suggestions of experts, which were first discussed in a panel discussion and then agreed electronically between all the authors mentioned.

Instructions for administering some drugs and indications for their use raise certain dilemmas and controversies questioning the appropriateness of the treatment in this way. In this article, some controversies regarding the prescribing of statins in patients whose blood cholesterol level is normal and the use of anticoagulants in the elderly patients without blood clots prior to the treatment are described. Also, it is discussed about some controversies regarding the use of the insulin analogues in the treatment of patients with diabetes mellitus.
