[Analysis of temporomandibular joint imaging and orthodontic effect in patients with introverted deep overbite and severe attrition].

Purpose: To investigate the functional and structural characteristics of temporomandibular joint(TMJ) in introverted deep overbite patients with severe wear, to analyze the correlation between the vertical distance of the lower 1/3 of the face and TMJ space, and to compare the clinical efficacy of multidisciplinary treatment with orthodontics and prosthodontics on TMJ function.

Methods: Eighty patients with deep overbite and severe abrasion and forty subjects with normal occlusion admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to June 2023 were enrolled in this study. The clinical data were collected and the functional and structural characteristics of TMJ were collected.

Combination of neuromuscular electrical stimulation and ibuprofen to reduce pain in femoral head necrosis.

Objective: The combinative effects of neuromuscular electrical stimulation and ibuprofen on pain in patients with femoral head necrosis were discussed and analyzed.

[Comparison of the application of micro-implant screw support and flat guide plate in the treatment of excessive deep overbite of lower anterior teeth].

Purpose: To compare and analyze the orthodontic effects of micro-implant screw support and flat guide plate on excessive deep overbite of lower anterior teeth.

Methods: Eighty-two patients with excessive deep overbite of the lower anterior teeth who were treated from January to December 2022 were selected and randomly divided into two groups (41 in each group) by random number table method. Both groups were treated with straight wire arch orthodontic technology, and the anterior teeth were supported by micro-implant screws (micro-implant screw group) and flat guide plates (flat guide plate group), respectively.

Establishment and verification of a predictive model for bone metastasis in patients with non-small cell lung cancer based on peripheral blood CX3CL and CCL28.

To establish a predictive model of bone metastasis in patients with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) using peripheral blood CX3CL and CCL28, and to verify its application value. We retrospectively gathered clinical data from 210 patients with NSCLC treated at our institution between April 2021 and December 2023. These patients were stratified into two groups based on the presence of bone metastases: a bone metastasis group (n = 49) and a non-bone metastasis group (n = 161).

[Improvement of the mastication function of orthodontics combined with restoration in the treatment of deep overbite with severe lower anterior teeth attrition].

Purpose: To observe the effect of orthodontics combined with restoration on masticatory function in deep overbite patients with severe lower anterior teeth attrition.

Methods: From January 2018 to January 2022, a total of 164 deep overbite patients with severe lower anterior teeth attrition were collected and divided into two groups according to different treatment plans: control group(72 patients, with restoration treatment) and experimental group(92 patients, with orthodontics combined with restoration treatment). The chewing efficiency of the two groups was evaluated, temporomandibular joint dysfunction index (DI), muscle palpation index (PI) and cranio-mandibular index (CMI) were calculated.

Clinical efficacy of precision liver resection for primary liver cancer.

Aim: Precision liver resection is considered the gold standard in liver surgery. Therefore, optimizing the resection of lesions and minimizing unnecessary time of liver ischemia and hypoxia have become focal points.

Methods: A total of 96 patients with primary liver cancer admitted to Cangzhou People's Hospital from January 2017 and December 2019 were included in this retrospective study, and divided into two groups according to the different surgical treatment, with 50 cases in the control group (conventional hepatic resection) and 46 cases in the observation group (precision liver resection).

Methods: A total of 86 introverted deep overbite patients with severe wear admitted to Cangzhou People's Hospital from December 2020 to June 2022 were collected and divided into the control group and the experimental group by gender, age, degree of wear and tear, with 43 cases in each group. The control group received orthodontic treatment, while the experimental group received combined orthodontic and restoration treatment.

Clinicopathologic and prognostic significance of CMTM6 and PD-L1 expression in cervical squamous cell carcinoma.

It has been demonstrated that interfering with the expression of chemokine-like factor-like MARVEL transmembrane domain-containing family member 6 (CMTM6) results in impaired programmed death 1 ligand 1 (PD-L1) protein expression in human tumor cells. PD-L1 relies on CMTM6 to inhibit T cell responses and promote tumor cell proliferation. The aim of the present study was to investigate the expression of CMTM6 and PD-L1 in cervical cancer and their clinical significance.

The correlation between lncRNA NEAT1 and serum hepcidin in the peripheral blood of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease patients.

Objectives: To explore and analyze the correlation between lncRNA NEAT1 and serum hepcidin (HEPC) in the peripheral blood of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease patients.

Methods: 119 patients, confirmed to have non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) and admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to June 2019, were enrolled in the NAFLD group, and 100 healthy subjects during the same period were enrolled in the control group. We recorded the two groups' general information and routine laboratory examination results and performed correlation analyses on the lncRNA NEAT1 expressions in their peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) and HEPC.

Placenta-origin pregnancy complications, including preeclampsia (PE), gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM), fetal growth restriction (FGR), and macrosomia (MA) are common occurrences in pregnancy, resulting in significant morbidity and mortality for both mother and fetus. However, despite their frequency, there are no reliable methods for the early diagnosis of these complications. Since cfDNA is mainly derived from placental trophoblasts and maternal hematopoietic cells, it might have information for gene expression which can be used for disease prediction.

Risk factors associated with splenic hilar lymph node metastasis in patients with advanced gastric cancer in northwest China.

There are plenty of risk factors associated with splenic hilar lymph node metastasis (SHLNM) in patients with advanced gastric cancer (AGC). Whereas, their main influencing factors have not reached a consensus yet. The aim of the study is to investigate the related clinicopathological factors influencing SHLNM in AGC.
