Background And Aims: Congenital adrenal hyperplasia (CAH) is a group of disorders that affect the production of steroids in the adrenal gland and are inherited in an autosomal recessive pattern. The clinical and biochemical manifestations of the disorder are diverse, ranging from varying degrees of anomalies of the external genitalia to life-threatening adrenal insufficiency. This multicenter study aimed to determine the demographics, biochemical, clinical, and genetic characteristics besides the current status of adult patients with CAH nationwide.

Background: People who inject drugs (PWID) should be treated in order to eliminate hepatitis C virus in the world. The aim of this study was to compare direct-acting antivirals treatment of hepatitis C virus for PWID and non-PWID in a real-life setting.

Methods: We performed a prospective, non-randomized, observational multicenter cohort study in 37 centers.

Background: The number and proportion of elderly patients living with chronic hepatitis C are expected to increase in the coming years. We aimed to compare the real-world efficacy and safety of direct-acting antiviral treatment in elderly and younger Turkish adults infected with chronic hepatitis C.

Methods: In this multicenter prospective study, 2629 eligible chronic hepatitis C patients treated with direct-acting antivirals between April 2017 and December 2019 from 37 Turkish referral centers were divided into 2 age groups: elderly (≥65 years) and younger adults (<65 years) and their safety was compared between 2 groups in evaluable population.

Background & Objective: Revascularization of the target vessel and restoration of distal flow is critical not only to reduce mortality and morbidity but also improve health-related quality of life (HRQoL) in patients with critical limb ischemia. However, data concerning the impact of surgical bypass and percutaneous transluminal angioplasty (PTA) on HRQoL is limited. This study aimed to compare the impact of surgical bypass and PTA on HRQoL in subjects undergoing superficial femoral artery (SFA) or popliteal artery revascularization.

Objective: Popliteal artery puncture, which makes possible the use of lower profile sheaths and devices, has gained popularity as an alternative to the antegrade approach, due to the reduction in vascular complications at the access site. The present study aimed to analyze the safety of the procedure and long-term patency of the superficial femoral artery (SFA) and popliteal artery (PA) and in subjects undergoing recanalization with the popliteal retrograde approach.

Methods: Forty-three subjects, who underwent endovascular therapy (EVT) of the SFA or PA with retrograde popliteal approach, were enrolled in this retrospective study.

Objective: To compare the antegrade and retrograde approaches, in terms of access site complications and long-term patency in subjects undergoing EVT for symptomatic SFA or popliteal artery stenosis or occlusions.

Methods: All consecutive patients who underwent retrograde recanalization for partial stenosis or chronic total occlusion of the SFA or PA at 2 centers were enrolled in this retrospective analysis. Subjects were divided into 2 groups, according to the approach selected for EVT as antegrade approach group or retrograde approach group.

Objective: To investigate the effect of percutaneous posterior tibial nerve stimulation (PTNS) treatment after 12 weeks on urodynamic and clinical findings in patients with Parkinson's disease (PD) with neurogenic detrusor overactivity.

Methods: A total of 47 patients with PD with neurogenic detrusor overactivity were enrolled in the study. Urodynamic studies before and after 12-week PTNS treatment were performed.

Aims: The aim of this study is to determine the sustained therapeutic efficacy and treatment intervals for PTNS in NOAB with MS, offering periodic additional treatments during 1 year in patients who completed an initial course of 12 consecutive weekly sessions.

Methods: A total of 34 patients enrolled to the PTNS treatment and 21 patients completed the 1 year PTNS treatment with a tapering protocol of 6, 9, and 12 months of therapy, respectively. After 12 weeks of therapy, PTNS was applied at 14 day intervals for 3 months, 21 day intervals for 3 months, and 28 day intervals for 3 months.
