Tumoral calcinosis is a rare disorder characterized by the deposition of calcium phosphate crystals in periarticular soft tissues, often presenting as asymptomatic masses. However, these calcific masses can occasionally cause significant morbidity by compressing adjacent neurovascular structures. We report a rare case of tumoral calcinosis leading to peripheral nerve compression of the suprascapular nerve in a 55-year-old female.

Abdominoscrotal hydrocele (ASH) is an uncommon congenital anomaly in which a scrotal hydrocele extends to the abdomen through the inguinal canal in an hourglass fashion. Coexisting undescended testes (UDT) have mainly been reported in pediatric populations and are mostly located along the inguinal canal. We present a 66-year-old male with a history of neglected left cryptorchidism, who presented with a progressive ipsilateral inguino-scrotal swelling suggesting indirect inguinal hernia.

Unlabelled: Autoimmune pancreatitis is a new nosological entity in which a lymphocytic infiltration of the exocrine pancreas is involved. The concomitant onset of autoimmune pancreatitis and type 1 diabetes has been recently described suggesting a unique immune disturbance that compromises the pancreatic endocrine and exocrine functions. We report a case of type1 diabetes onset associated with an autoimmune pancreatitis in a young patient who seemed to present a type 2 autoimmune polyglandular syndrome.

Objective: To validate the Moroccan version of the VF-14 in candidates for keratoplasty and to assess their quality of life using this tool before and after transplantation.
Methods: This is a longitudinal prospective study that assessed 57 patients who underwent penetrating keratoplasty, recruited in the ophthalmology service in Marrakech over 5 years. The original VF-14 questionnaire was adapted into Moroccan dialect.
