Background: The dominant symptoms in the patient with COVID-19 are symptoms of the respiratory organ system such as cough, rhinorrhea, dan shortness of breathing. Nonetheless, some reports found involvement of another organ system, including the gastrointestinal system, cardiovascular system, central nervous system, urinary system, such as lower urinary tract symptoms. Hematuria related to infection of COVID-19 virus on adult and kids were reported.
