Purpose: The artificial intelligence (AI) chatbot ChatGPT has become a major tool for generating responses in healthcare. This study assessed ChatGPT's ability to generate French preoperative patient-facing medical information (PFI) in rhinology at a comparable level to material provided by an academic source, the French Society of Otorhinolaryngology (Société Française d'Otorhinolaryngologie et Chirurgie Cervico-Faciale, SFORL).

Methods: ChatGPT and SFORL French preoperative PFI in rhinology were compared by analyzing responses to 16 questions regarding common rhinology procedures: ethmoidectomy, sphenoidotomy, septoplasty, and endonasal dacryocystorhinostomy.

To limit complications and optimize anticoagulant therapy, some units treating venous thrombo embolism offer a formalized educational program to patients. In our clinic we developed a patient questionnaire to target aspects of patient knowledge about their venous thromboembolism (VTE) disease and their treatment that require reinforcement. The VTE questionnaire, composed of 7 questions, has been proposed to adult patients with a diagnosis of deep venous thrombosis or pulmonary embolism requiring anticoagulant therapy for at least 3 months.

This study sought to compare core symptoms of CHR for psychosis networks based on two CHR self-assessment tools, across different risk thresholds and age groups. This cross-sectional online investigation analyzed 936 individuals for CHR, in France and the UK, with the Prodromal Questionnaire-16 (PQ-16) and the Perceptual and Cognitive Aberrations (PCA).

Understanding and managing the health effects of Nitrogen Dioxide (NO) requires high resolution spatiotemporal exposure maps. Here, we developed a multi-stage multi-resolution ensemble model that predicts daily NO concentration across continental France from 2005 to 2022. Innovations of this work include the computation of daily predictions at a 200 m resolution in large urban areas and the use of a spatio-temporal blocking procedure to avoid data leakage and ensure fair performance estimation.
