While MSAs are considered specific for their respective IIM subclass, MAAs can be present in more than one subclass and in other conditions. This study compares results of a multispecific line blot assay with the final diagnosis of IIM patients based on clinical features and muscle biopsy to draw conclusions for the test's applicability in the diagnostic workflow.

This case report highlights a perioperative nerve injury-free microsurgery using elastic image fusion technology, which integrates preoperative imaging with intraoperative computed tomography for a patient with severe stenotic OLF and dural ossification.

This method allowed us to successfully synthesize a range of 2-arylbenzofurans with various substituents. The reaction, which proceeded under mild conditions, involved β-fluorine elimination from nickelacyclopropanes formed by the interaction of 2-fluorobenzofurans with zero-valent nickel species.
