Medication non-adherence is associated with higher rates of relapse in persons with schizophrenia. Psychiatric nurses play a significant role in facilitating their medication adherence. The motivators which strengthen patients with schizophrenia to maintain their adherence to medication have seldom been explored.

Background And Purpose: Cardiac rehabilitation (CR) programs can effectively increase exercise capacity after an acute myocardial infarction (AMI). The purpose of this study was to investigate the changes in exercise capacity at the end of a supervised CR program and to determine the factors influencing exercise capacity 6 months after the end of a supervised CR program.
Methods: One hundred and four AMI patients who completed an 8-week supervised CR program were included in the study.
