Objective: This study aimed to assess the impact of Sjögren disease (SjD) on the quality of sexual life and its determinants using the Qualisex questionnaire.

Methods: The Qualisex questionnaire was administered to participants within the ASSESS cohort, a French national multicentric prospective cohort of individuals with SjD. Patients' characteristics and psychometric evaluations were also collected.

Artificial intelligence (AI) has brought a wide range of opportunities to improve the management of cardiovascular diseases, from advanced imaging analysis to machine-learning (ML)-based predictive models, and medical data management using natural language processing (NLP).

Systems immunology integrates the complex endotypes of recessive dystrophic epidermolysis bullosa.

Endotypes are characterized by the immunological, inflammatory, metabolic, and remodelling pathways that explain the mechanisms underlying the clinical presentation (phenotype) of a disease. Recessive dystrophic epidermolysis bullosa (RDEB) is a severe blistering disease caused by COL7A1 pathogenic variants. Although underscored by animal studies, the endotypes of human RDEB are poorly understood.

Biopsy-Proven T-Cell Mediated Rejection After Belatacept Rescue Conversion: A Multicenter Retrospective Study.

After kidney transplantation, conversion to belatacept is a promising alternative in patients with poor graft function or intolerance to calcineurin inhibitors. The risk of acute rejection has not been well described under these conditions. Here we present a retrospective multicenter study investigating the occurrence of acute rejection after conversion in 901 patients (2011-2021).

Are ultrasound salivary parenchymal lesions more severe in primary Sjögren patients with a longer disease duration? A cross-sectional study.

Objectives: Salivary gland ultrasound (SGUS) has an interest in primary Sjögren's disease (pSD) for diagnosis, but the evolution of parenchymal lesions over time is unknown. The objective of this study was to assess the severity of ultrasound abnormalities in relation to pSD duration from the time of buccal dryness onset.

Methods: In this cross-sectional international multicentre study, patients with pSD according to the 2002 or 2016 ACR/EULAR classification criteria were included.

Anti Phospholipase A2 Receptor 1 Antibodies and Membranous Nephropathy Recurrence After Kidney Transplantation.

Introduction: Membranous nephropathy can lead to end-stage kidney disease, for which kidney transplantation is the preferred therapy. However, the disease often relapses, which can impact allograft survival.

Methods: We conducted a prospective multicenter study in France involving 72 patients with membranous nephropathy who were awaiting and then underwent kidney transplantation.

Switching From Dupilumab to Tralokinumab or Janus Kinase Inhibitors in Cases of Ocular and/or Facial Adverse Events in Patients With Atopic Dermatitis: A Multicenter Retrospective Study.

Background: Patients with atopic dermatitis (AD) may discontinue dupilumab owing to dupilumab-induced ocular adverse events (DOAEs) or dupilumab-induced facial redness (DFR).

Objective: To evaluate DOAE and DFR outcomes after switching to tralokinumab or Janus kinase inhibitor (JAKi).

Methods: This retrospective study included 106 patients discontinuing dupilumab because of DOAEs and/or DFR.

Methods of nivolumab administration in advanced melanoma: A comparison of patients' clinical outcomes treated with flat dose or weight-adjusted dose, a multicenter observational study.

Background: Nivolumab obtained approval in advanced melanoma (AM) with weight-adjusted dose (WAD) administration (3 mg/kg/2 weeks). In 2018, the dosage regimen was changed to flat dose (FD) administration (240 mg/2 weeks or 480 mg/4 weeks) based on a modeling study, without clinical data.

Methods: AM patients have been prospectively included in the French national multicenter MelBase database since 2013.

Expansion of interventional endoscopy and day-case procedures: A nationwide longitudinal study of gastrointestinal endoscopy in France.

Background: An accurate assessment of the evolution of GI endoscopy volumes is warranted to identify long-term trends and to help anticipate training, infrastructure and human resource needs. The main objective of this longitudinal study was to evaluate the evolution of GI endoscopy in France.

Methods: This retrospective study consisted of a cross-sectional analysis repeated each year from 2008 to 2018 using data from a national health database related to hospital admissions.

In-hospital outcomes following an acute coronary syndrome in patients with recent cannabis use.

Background: The prevalence and short-term cardiovascular consequences of recent cannabis use in patients admitted to an intensive cardiac care unit for acute coronary syndrome is not well established.

Aims: To assess the prevalence of recent cannabis use detected by prospective systematic screening, and its prognostic value in predicting the occurrence of in-hospital major adverse events in consecutive patients with acute coronary syndrome.

Methods: From 07 to 22 April 2021, all consecutive patients admitted to an intensive cardiac care unit in 39 centres throughout France were studied prospectively.

Role of molecular alterations in transplantation decisions for patients with primary myelofibrosis.

The aim of our study was to analyze the potential survival benefit associated with HSCT according to clinico-biological scores which incorporate molecular data (MIPSS70 and MIPSS70+V2) to facilitate decision-making in this context. One transplant (n=241) and one non-transplant cohorts (n=239) were used to test the hypothesis that PMF patients with higher risk molecular score benefit from HSCT. A weighted propensity score was applied to balance confounding factors with the transplanted cohort as reference.

Insights from the BKEVER Trial comparing everolimus versus mycophenolate mofetil for BK Polyomavirus infection in kidney transplant recipients.

The MTOR inhibitors have demonstrated antiviral properties, and prior non-randomized studies have suggested they may have a suppressive effect on BKPyV replication. Here, in this randomized, multicenter, controlled trial (BKEVER study), we sought to evaluate the impact of everolimus (EVR) in facilitating the clearance of BKPyV compared to simply reducing immunosuppression among kidney transplant recipients (KTRs). All together, 130 KTRs presenting with BKPyV DNAemia were randomized 1:1 into two groups.

Resection of colorectal liver metastases with second-line aflibercept plus FOLFIRI: Results from the RESECTION prospective French cohort.

Aim: To evaluate R0/R1 resection rate in patients with colorectal liver metastases (CLM) treated with aflibercept plus FOLFIRI after failure of a prior oxaliplatin-based regimen in daily clinical practice.

Methods: This French, multicentre, prospective, observational cohort (NCT05178745) included patients with CLM (alone or predominant; up to 5 lung nodules <2 cm allowed) initiating aflibercept plus FOLFIRI every 2 weeks per physician choice. Primary endpoint was R0/R1 resection rate.
