The renal diseases most commonly associated with hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection include membranous nephropathy, membranoproliferative glomerulonephritis and Polyarteritis nodosa. The widespread use of hepatitis B vaccination has decreased the incidence of HBV-related renal diseases.
