Introduction: There is a growing number of people with HIV who are aged 50 years or older, and the prevalence of loneliness and social isolation remains unknown.
Methods: A multicentre study was conducted across 22 GeSIDA centres. A survey was carried out to assess loneliness [UCLA 3-item Loneliness Scale-3 (UCLA-3)] and social isolation [Lubben Social Network Scale-Revised (LSNS-R)], along with sociodemographic aspects, HIV-related factors, comorbidities, tobacco, alcohol and drug consumption, quality of life, anxiety and depression, and stigma.

Introduction: Second-generation integrase strand transfer inhibitors (INSTIs) are preferred treatment options worldwide, and dolutegravir (DTG) is the treatment of choice in resource-limited settings. Nevertheless, in some resource-limited settings, these drugs are not always available. Unlabelled: Quality of life (QOL) is a complex and multifaceted concept that has been used to study different aspects of people's lives, including physical and psychological wellbeing, financial independence, social relationships, personal beliefs and living situation. In this study, we aimed to assess the QOL of a group of Spanish university students and identify associated factors.
Method: We completed a cross-sectional study of the QOL of 868 university students using the WHOQOL-BREF questionnaire.

Severe mental disorder (SMD) is understood in a first approximation as a disorder of thought, emotion, or behavior of long duration, which entails a variable degree of disability and social dysfunction. One of the most widely used assessment scales for agitated behavior, in its English version, is the Corrigan Agitated Behavior Scale (ABS); several studies have demonstrated solid psychometric properties of the English version, with adequate internal consistency. The objective of this study was to evaluate the psychometric properties of the Spanish version of the ABS Corrigan scale, in a sample of patients with severe mental disorders.
