Background: Spondylodiscitis (SD) is an inflammatory condition affecting the intervertebral discs and adjacent structures, often leading to serious complications, including epidural abscesses. This study aimed to differentiate postoperative SD from spontaneous cases caused by osteoporotic defects and associated pathologies, evaluating the frequency of SD in spinal diseases at a single center.
Materials And Methods: A retrospective observational study involving 25 patients was conducted, analyzing variations between postoperative revisions in SD patients and spontaneous SD due to concurrent pathology and osteoporotic defects.

Background Although international publications on radiosurgery have increased exponentially, reports of heterogeneous series treated with linear accelerator (LINAC) are scarce. Since most intracranial tumors are irregular in size and not spherical, LINACs (Elekta Precise®, Elekta AB, Sweden), fitted with a multi-leaf collimator, allow for precise stereotactic radiosurgery for the entire tumor. Aim To evaluate the effects of LINAC on an outpatient basis with patients diagnosed with various intracranial malignancies.

Background: Dengue viral infections are known to pose a significant risk during travel to tropical regions, but it is surprising to find dengue transmission in the hilly region of Nepal, which is over 1800mtr above sea level.
Case Presentation: A 43-year-old Caucasian female traveler from France presented with fever and abdominal pain following a diarrheal illness while visiting the central hilly region of Nepal. Over the course of 9 days, she developed fever, body aches, and joint pain, with hemorrhagic manifestation.
