Methods: Review was performed in accordance with Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analysis (PRISMA) guidelines and registered in PROSPERO - CRD CRD42023467899. Electronic databases were searched for studies having data on effect of CAFs on overall survival rate and disease prognosis in patients with OSCC, oral epithelial dysplasia (OED) compared to normal healthy controls.

Surgical management of temporomandibular joint (TMJ) ankylosis involves various techniques from which interpositional arthroplasty (IPA) involves using several materials. Aims: The present study aimed to compare apical sealing ability between GuttaFlow and AH Plus.
Materials And Method: Eighty extracted human maxillary anterior teeth with fully formed apex and straight root were collected for this study. The root canals were cleaned and shaped using a standard step back preparation to size 60# master apical file at the established working length and divided into four groups: Group 1, GuttaFlow sealer with gutta-percha; Group 2, AH Plus sealer with gutta-percha; Group 3, positive control group (Teeth were instrumented and left without obturation); Group 4, negative control group (Teeth were totally coated with nail varnish) Dye leakage was carried out.

Hyperdontia or supernumerary teeth without associated syndromes is a rare phenomenon, as supernumerary teeth are usually associated with cleft lip and palate or other syndromes such as Gardeners syndrome, cleidocranial dysplasia, trichorhinophalangic syndrome, etc. A 15-year-old girl reported for orthodontic treatment with a chief complaint of irregular teeth and unaesthetic smile. On examination class I malocclusion with severe crowding of upper anteriors, anterior open bite of 5 mm, cross bite with upper right posteriors, upper midline shift to right by 5 mm and two supernumerary teeth placed buccally in between 16 & 17 and 26 & 27, respectively, were found.
