Aim: To determine the effect of kangaroo mother care (KMC) on perfusion index, heart rate, and oxygen saturation in premature infants who were discharged early and admitted to the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) in the following days.
Methods: This study has a randomized controlled experimental design and uses a pretest-posttest control group model. This study included infants between December 2019 and December 2020 who were discharged early and subsequently admitted to the NICU.

This results in symptoms such as dysphagia, regurgitation, chest pain, and weight loss. Among the treatment options, Laparoscopic Heller Myotomy (LHM), Endoscopic Balloon Dilation (EBD), and Peroral Endoscopic Myotomy (POEM) are commonly used methods.

Background: This study aims to investigate the protective effects of glutamine against cerebral injury resulting from cerebral ischemia-reperfusion by bilateral carotid occlusion in rats.
Methods: Eighteen Wistar albino rats were randomly divided into three equal groups: 1) control group; 2) ischemia-reperfusion group which underwent clamping of the carotid artery for 20 min; and 3) ischemiareperfusion + glutamine group which was treated with two doses of glutamine (1 g/kg) prior to the same clamping procedure as the ischemia-reperfusion group. All rats were sacrificed 24 h after the experiment.

Objective: This research was carried out to evaluate people's knowledge of adult vaccination and their attitude and to observe the effect of the pandemic era on this situation.
Methods: A total of 1,425 people (18-80 years old) were included in this study. The types of questions like the province where they live, age, gender, occupation, education status, and the presence of chronic diseases, as well as knowing which vaccines are used in adult vaccination, which of these vaccines they had in the last 10 years, which ones they plan to have this year, and whether COVID-19 pandemic changed their perspective on adult vaccinations or not were asked to people.
