In this study, we present the first reported use of bioorthogonal click chemistry with rhenium-188 for radiolabelling of an anti-c-Met VH Nanobody®. We employed a "chelate-then-click" strategy, wherein a bifunctional chelator was designed in two parts, which were subsequently joined post-labelling and post-conjugation the strain-promoted azide-alkyne cycloaddition (SPAAC) reaction. Cysteine-selective conjugation of the VH was achieved through thiol-Michael addition, forming a VH-DBCO construct.

Asthma exacerbations remain life-threatening events despite advancements in biologic therapies. This case series reports on four patients with near-fatal eosinophilic asthma exacerbations who had been admitted to intensive care and were treated with benralizumab as a last resort after failing maximal standard therapies. Methods: This comprehensive review addresses the significant advances made in oocyte in vitro maturation with the biphasic capacitation (CAPA)-IVM strategy applied to small ovarian antral follicles in humans over the last 10 years. Introduction: Myositis is a rare extra-intestinal presentation in patients with inflammatory bowel diseases (IBD), and its occurrence has only been described in a few case reports. However, it is essential to consider other potential causes as patients with IBD are more susceptible to infections due to their immunocompromised status, which may also be exacerbated by immunosuppressive drugs contributing to myositis. Our case highlights the complexity and challenges in diagnosing and managing myositis in patients with IBD as well as a review of the literature.

The (A) structural and (B) functional hierarchy of food packaging is discussed here for the enhancement of protection, extending shelf-life, and preserving the nutritional quality of diverse products including meat, fish, dairy, fruits, vegetables, gelled items, and beverages.
