Based on the Toll-like receptor 4(TLR4)/myeloid differentiation factor 88(MyD88)/nuclear factor kappaB(NF-κB) signaling pathway, this study observed the regulatory effect of ginsenoside Rb_1(Rb_1) on liver lipid metabolism in db/db obese mice and explored its potential mechanism. Thirty 6-week-old male db/db mice were randomly divided into a model group, a metformin group, and Rb_1 groups with low, medium, and high doses, with six mice in each group. Additionally, six age-matched male db/m mice were assigned to the normal group.

The methods of evidence-based medicine, epidemiology, clinical medicine, evidence-based pharmacy, drug economics, mathematical statistics, and health technology assessment(HTA) were employed to qualitatively and quantitatively evaluate the "6+1" dimensions(safety, effectiveness, economy, innovation, suitability, accessibility, and characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine) of Danhong Injection through questionnaire survey, public information, real world data, and secondary evaluation of literature. With the weights given by experts, the multi-criteria decision analysis(MCDA) model was employed to measure each dimension and highlight the clinical value of Danhong Injection.

To analyze the use of outcome indicators of randomized controlled trial(RCT) of acupuncture in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke in recent three years, so as to provide a basis for building a study on the core outcome indicators for the treatment of acute ischemic stroke with acupuncture. The RCTs of acupuncture treatment for acute ischemic stroke in recent three years were collec-ted through computer retrieval of eight Chinese and English databases and two clinical trial registries at home and abroad. Literature was screened out, and data was extracted.

To systematically search and sort out the clinical randomized controlled trial(RCT) on the prevention and treatment of acute cerebral infarction with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) by using the method of evidence map, and to understand the evidence distribution of related studies. CNKI, Wanfang, VIP, CBM, PubMed, EMbase, Cochrane Library and Web of Science were retrieved from January 2016 to September 2020, and literatures related to the prevention and treatment of acute cerebral infarction with traditional Chinese medicine were included. [Overview of systematic reviews of Qingkailing Injection].

Qingkailing Injection is one of the most commonly used traditional Chinese medicine injections with significant clinical application for the treatment of multiple diseases. This study aims to analyze the systematic reviews( SRs) of Qingkailing Injection,in order to provide reference for the clinical application of Qingkailing Injection and the development of relevant clinical practice guidelines. We searched CNKI,CBM,Wanfang,VIP,Pub Med,Cochrane Library and EMbase to collect SRs from the time of database establishment to August 2020.

[Analysis and considerations on revision of instructions for traditional Chinese medicine injections].

According to the notice on revision of the instructions for traditional Chinese medicine injections(TCMIs) issued by the National Medical Products Administration(NMPA) from January 2006 to May 2020, the revised contents in the instructions for 29 varieties involved in the notice were sorted out, and the existing problems in the instructions for TCMIs were analyzed, so as to provide the basis for dynamic revision of the instructions. It was found that the revised items of instructions for 29 varieties all involved adverse reactions, contraindications and precautions, and warnings were added for 82.76% of 29 TCMIs preparations, indicating that all the revised contents were related to safety issues.

[Analysis of outcomes of randomized controlled trial on compound Chinese herbal medicine formulas in treatment of vascular cognitive impairment caused by cerebral small vessel].

The purpose of the study is to analyze the outcomes of randomized controlled trial(RCT) of Chinese herbal medicine formula(CHMF) in the treatment of vascular cognitive impairment caused by cerebral small vessel disease(CSVD-VCI), and provide suggestions for future studies in this field. Three English databases, four Chinese databases, and two online registration websites of clinical trials were searched with use of the search strategy established in advance. Relevant RCTs published in recent ten years were screened, and necessary information was extracted to assess the risk of bias and analyze the outcomes of these RCTs.

This article aims to explore drug properties and syndrome-symptom-formula-herb network of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) in the treatment of effort angina pectoris based on data visualization, and provide useful references for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Literatures about TCM formula for effort angina pectoris from databases of CNKI, WanFang, VIP, and CBM were retrieved from the database-building to August 31, 2019. The name of syndromes, symptoms, formulas, and herbs were standardized, and the corresponding databases were established.
