Objective: To explore and compare the safety depths of perpendicular and oblique acupuncture at Yamen (GV 15) in patients with atlantoaxial dislocation (AAD) and healthy volunteers.

Methods: One bundred and seventy-seven patients with atlantoaxial dislocation were selected as an AAD group, and 207 patients without atlantoaxial dislocation and with normal anatomical structure were selected as a normal group. All participants were moderately sized.

[Progress of the application of PET technology in acupuncture research].

To further investigate the application of positron emission tomography (PET) technology in acupuncture research field, with "PET" and "acupuncture" as keywords, the related literature published from 1997 to 2018 was searched in PubMed, CNKI and WANFANG database; then the literature was classified and analyzed. The results showed that in clinical and experimental studies, whether in physiological or pathological conditions, PET technology has verified the specificity of acupoints, bidirectional regulation of acupoints, and the clinical effect of -arrival from the level of brain functional activity. It has deeply revealed the central mechanism underlying that acupuncture has multi-target, multi-channel and multi-level overall effects.

Objective: To observe the differences in the sleep quality and the effects on insomnia severity between 's three-promotion needling method and the oral administration of estazolam.

Methods: A total of 70 patients of subacute insomnia were randomized into a three-promotion needling group and a medication group, 35 cases in each one. In the three-promotion needling group, the mild promotion technique with the filiform needle, the warm promotion technique with the fire needle and the strong promotion technique with the three-edged needle were adopted in combination.

[Walnut-shell moxibustion for dry eye symptoms: a randomized controlled trial].

Objective: To compare the effects of electroacupuncture (EA) at "Dachangshu" (BL 25) or "Tianshu" (ST 25) for visceral sensitivity, gene expression product c-kit of colonic Cajal interstitial cells (ICC) and capsaicin receptor 1 (TRPV1) of irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) rats, so as to investigate the effect and mechanism differences of EA at the back point and the front point of large intestine for IBS rats.

To explore the efficacy and mechanism of fire needling for chronic gastritis, "fire needling" and "chronic gastritis" were selected as keywords to collect literature in PubMed, CNKI database and database. The clinical and experiment literature regarding fire needling for chronic gastritis was analyzed to make a comprehensive discussion on the efficacy and action mechanism of fire needling for chronic gastritis. Objective: To observe the impacts of the intervention with electric thermal stone and air suction cup on blood perfusion (BP) at meridian points and explore the approach of accurate measurement and regulation of meridian and blood balance in "precise acupuncture".

Methods: The laser Doppler line scanner (LDLS) was used to measure BP at bilateral n-primary points at the pericardium meridian, the triple energizer meridian, the gallbladder meridian and the liver meridian (small cycle of to meridians) at 31 healthy receptors. In clinic, we take the "principle, method, prescription, acupoint and technic" as the outline, paying attention to identify disease location and establishing the method of "promoting blood to remove stasis, regulating thoroughfare vessel and conception vessel" on the basis of the pathogenesis of "stasis obstructing uterus, disharmony of thoroughfare vessel and conception vessel".
