[Safety depth of acupuncture at Yamen (GV 15) in patients with atlantoaxial dislocation].

Objective: To explore and compare the safety depths of perpendicular and oblique acupuncture at Yamen (GV 15) in patients with atlantoaxial dislocation (AAD) and healthy volunteers.

Methods: One bundred and seventy-seven patients with atlantoaxial dislocation were selected as an AAD group, and 207 patients without atlantoaxial dislocation and with normal anatomical structure were selected as a normal group. All participants were moderately sized.

Objective: To summarize the research status and influencing factors of the time-effect of acupuncture and to explain and analyze the optimal effect timing of acupuncture, and provide reference for obtaining the best clinical therapeutic effect.

Methods: Literature regarding the studies of the time-effect of acupuncture published from January 2000 to August 2018 was searched, concluded and analyzed in CNKI, WANFANG, VIP and PubMed databases.

To further investigate the application of positron emission tomography (PET) technology in acupuncture research field, with "PET" and "acupuncture" as keywords, the related literature published from 1997 to 2018 was searched in PubMed, CNKI and WANFANG database; then the literature was classified and analyzed. The results showed that in clinical and experimental studies, whether in physiological or pathological conditions, PET technology has verified the specificity of acupoints, bidirectional regulation of acupoints, and the clinical effect of -arrival from the level of brain functional activity. It has deeply revealed the central mechanism underlying that acupuncture has multi-target, multi-channel and multi-level overall effects.

[Acupuncture prescription of "'s triple nine needling therapy" in the treatment of optic nerve disease].

" 's triple nine needling therapy" is the crucial acupuncture prescription in treatment of eye diseases in 's academic school of ophthalmology. " 's triple nine needling therapy" includes the three points near to the eyes, the three groups of points for penetrating acupuncture around the eyes and the acupoint selection based on the general differentiation of syndrome. In this paper, the acupoint selection and the thinking of acupoint combination were introduced in the treatment of optic nerve disease on the base of the theory of " 's triple nine needling" prescription.

Objective: To summarize the indication rules of points (bilateral BL 31, 32, 33 and 34) based on the clinical literature research.

Methods: The relevant articles of clinical research on the treatment with points were retrieved electronically from CNKI (1979 to 2017), VIP (1989 to 2017), CBM (1979 to 2017) and PubMed (1966 to 2017). The paper were collected and analyzed.

[Subacute insomnia treated with 's three-promotion needling method: a randomized controlled trial].

Objective: To observe the differences in the sleep quality and the effects on insomnia severity between 's three-promotion needling method and the oral administration of estazolam.

Methods: A total of 70 patients of subacute insomnia were randomized into a three-promotion needling group and a medication group, 35 cases in each one. In the three-promotion needling group, the mild promotion technique with the filiform needle, the warm promotion technique with the fire needle and the strong promotion technique with the three-edged needle were adopted in combination.

[Walnut-shell moxibustion for dry eye symptoms: a randomized controlled trial].

Objective: To evaluate the effects of walnut-shell moxibusiton on dry eye symptoms.

Methods: A total of 67 patients with dry eye symptoms were randomized into a walnut moxibustion group and a sodium hyaluronate eye drops group.

Methods: In the walnut moxibustion group, the walnut moxibustion was used, once every two days, 3 times a week, for 4 weeks totally.

[Relativity and integrality of the acupoint effect specificity].

The researches on the acupoint effect specificity were summarized to explore whether the integrality of the acupoint effect specificity existed and analyze the connection between the relativity and integrality of the acupoint effect specificity. The literature on the clinical and experimental researches relevant with the acupoint effect specificity was retrieved through CNKI from January 2007 to October 2017. A total of 39 papers met the retrieving criteria.

[Comparison of effects of electroacupuncture at "Dachangshu" (BL 25) or "Tianshu" (ST 25) on visceral sensitivity, c-kit and TRPV1 of irritable bowel syndrome rats].

Objective: To compare the effects of electroacupuncture (EA) at "Dachangshu" (BL 25) or "Tianshu" (ST 25) for visceral sensitivity, gene expression product c-kit of colonic Cajal interstitial cells (ICC) and capsaicin receptor 1 (TRPV1) of irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) rats, so as to investigate the effect and mechanism differences of EA at the back point and the front point of large intestine for IBS rats.

Methods: Forty-two Wistar neonatal rats were randomly divided into a blank group (9 rats) and a model group (33 rats). IBS model was established with mother and child separation, acetic acid enema in young rats and colorectal dilatation method.

Methods: The literature regarding fMRI-based research published from January of 2007 through December of 2016 in CNKI and PubMed databases was collected. The research content and methods, including research design, inclusion criteria, acupoint selection and evaluation, were analyzed.

[Research progress of fire needling for chronic gastritis].

To explore the efficacy and mechanism of fire needling for chronic gastritis, "fire needling" and "chronic gastritis" were selected as keywords to collect literature in PubMed, CNKI database and database. The clinical and experiment literature regarding fire needling for chronic gastritis was analyzed to make a comprehensive discussion on the efficacy and action mechanism of fire needling for chronic gastritis. The results indicated the efficacy of fire needling for chronic gastritis was superior to that of medication or filiform needle.

[Exploration of the meridian differentiation law in polycystic ovarian syndrome of hirsutism based on data mining technology].

Objective: To analyze the distribution characteristics of hirsutism and the law of meridian differentiation in polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS).

Methods: For the patients of PCOS, the modified Ferriman-Gallwey score (mF-G score) was adopted to evaluate the hirsutism distribution. The clementine data mining software was used to analyze the distribution region of hirsutism and the correlation with meridian.

The bias ratio of blood perfusion (BPBR) deviated to the reference value was calculated.
