On the base of the analysis on the original text in ( ¢) and in association with the meridian tracing experiment results in transparent fish, rats and human body, the routes of conception vessel and governor vessel were recognized de novo. The starting site of conception vessel has been described as "the center of uterus" and "the inferior part of Zhongji (CV 3)", which refer to the same region. The running course of conception vessel includes 3 routes, named the deep abdominal route, the deep dorsal route and the superficial abdominal route.

To sort out the existing problems within the published 35 evidence-based acupuncture-moxibustion clinical practice guidelines (group standards) in Chinese: the development methods and the development process are not clear and strict enough; the evidence evaluation system fails to fully reflect the characteristics of acupuncture and moxibustion. Therefore, , should require the guideline developers to consider the characteristics of acupuncture discipline, evaluate modern literature evidence comprehensively, and integrate ancient literature and medical experts' experience, to form proper recommendations for clinical practice. Specific requirements should be made simultaneously in the development process to make it clearer and stricter.

The 22236 --, as the first international standard (IS) in acupoint thread-embedding field, has been officially published by International Organization for Standardization (ISO) in 2020. The background of its development, difficulties and countermeasures in the process of development were reviewed, and the experience of standard development was summarized, aiming to provide methods and references for future IS development of acupuncture and moxibustion instruments. It is suggested that strengthening the discourse power in the process of IS development, increasing the compound talents cultivation for IS, valuing the importance of enterprises in the development of IS, and creating an advantageous environment for the development of IS are the keys to improve the level of standardization of acupuncture and moxibustion instruments and play a more important role in the IS development.

With reviewing the ancient literature and modern research, the key therapeutic effect of Quchi (LI 11) and its special treatment effect on allergic diseases are summarized. It is suggested that the key therapeutic characteristics of Quchi (LI 11), including dispelling the wind, clearing the heat, cooling the blood and regulating stomach-intestine function, are in accordance with the common causes and pathogenesis of allergic diseases.

Objective: To compare the efficacy between acupoint selection of meridian diagnosis and regular acupoint selection for chronic atrophic gastritis (CAG).

Methods: A total of 70 cases of CAG were randomly divided into an observation group (35 cases, 5 cases dropped off) and a control group (35 cases, 5 dropped off). In the observation group, according to the hand diagnosis of meridians and the results of 80-channels energy determinator, based on the principle of child-mother relation acupoint combination, the -connecting point and back- points were added for excess syndrome, and the -primary point, front- points and -sea point of foot meridians were added for deficiency syndrome; in addition, the acupoints of the eight extraordinary meridians were added based on the nature of acupoints.

Methods: The RCTs of acupuncture for vascular dementia were systematically retrieved from the Cochrane Library, PubMed, EMbase, CNKI, SinoMed, VIP and Wanfang databases from the date of establishment to October 31, 2018. The reporting quality of RCT was evaluated based on the internationally-recognized Consolidated Standards for Reporting of Trials (CONSORT) statement and Standards for Reporting Interventions in Controlled Trials of Acupuncture (STRICTA).

Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of herb-separated moxibustion combined with budesonide nasal spray (rhinocort) on moderate to severe persistent allergic rhinitis (AR) of kidney- deficiency type, and to explore the correlation between nasal temperature and condition of allergic rhinitis.
