[Research progress of fire needling for chronic gastritis].

To explore the efficacy and mechanism of fire needling for chronic gastritis, "fire needling" and "chronic gastritis" were selected as keywords to collect literature in PubMed, CNKI database and database. The clinical and experiment literature regarding fire needling for chronic gastritis was analyzed to make a comprehensive discussion on the efficacy and action mechanism of fire needling for chronic gastritis. The results indicated the efficacy of fire needling for chronic gastritis was superior to that of medication or filiform needle.

[Mechanism of neural plasticity of acupuncture on chronic migraine].

Chronic migraine is one of neurological disorders with high rate of disability, but sufficient attention has not been paid in this field. A large number of clinical studies have shown traditional Chinese acupuncture is a kind of effective treatment with less side effects. Through the analysis of literature regarding acupuncture and migraine published from 1981 to 2017 in CNKI and PubMed databases, the mechanism of neural plasticity of acupuncture on chronic migraine was explored.

[Professor 's experience of acupuncture for migraine based on different stages and types].

By using the methods of experience summary and case report, professor 's clinical experience of acupuncture for migraine was summarized.Professor proposed the different acupuncture plans should be established according to the active stage and remission stage of migraine; in the active stage acupuncture should be applied at gallbladder meridian with penetration needling technique to reinforce the stimulation intensity; in the remission stage the aim was to regulate and back- points should be emphasized.In addition, attention should be paid on acupuncture technique and preventive treatment.
