Methods: In this systematic review and meta-analysis, we searched PubMed, Embase, and the Cochrane Library databases for studies published between Jan 1, 1986, and May 6, 2022, that reported the prevalence of HPV DNA, or p16 positivity, or both, in histologically verified vulvar cancer or vulvar intraepithelial neoplasia.

Objectives: Oestetrol (15-alpha-hydroxyoestriol, E₄) is an endogenous oestradiol metabolite mainly produced at high concentrations in the fetal liver. In earlier studies E₄ was investigated for its use as marker for pregnancies at risk, especially with vascular problems. The Newborn Cross-Sectional Study (NCSS) sample was drawn from two hospitals, covering >85% of births in the county. Assessment of transvaginal sonography combined with endometrial cytology as a mass screening method for endometrial cancer in Beijing.

This was a two-phase, large sample-group study assessing the effectiveness of combined transvaginal sonography (TVS) and endometrial cytology in endometrial cancer screening. In phase one, 3308 women without known cancer were enrolled and TVS was performed on those with symptoms or endometrial cancer risk factors.
