Data from 1955 consecutive patients with chronic-phase CML diagnosed by the European LeukemiaNet recommendations from 1 center receiving initial imatinib or a second-generation (2G) TKI therapy were interrogated to develop a clinical prediction model for TKI-therapy failure. This multicenter retrospective study aimed to develop a novel prognostic system for extranodal natural killer/T-cell lymphoma (ENKTL) patients in the era of pegaspargase/L-asparaginase. A total of 844 newly diagnosed ENKTL patients were included. Multivariable analysis confirmed that Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group performance status, lactate dehydrogenase, Chinese Southwest Oncology Group and Asia Lymphoma Study Group ENKTL (CA) system, and albumin were independent prognostic factors.

There are no nationwide surveys on antihypertensive drugs in China. In order to assess the current status of antihypertensive drug therapy in patients with hypertension and analyzed factors that may affect combination therapy, using convenience sampling, we recruited 305,624 patients with hypertension from the Chinese Cardiovascular Association Database-Hypertension Center between January 2019 and December 2021.
