Seed damage caused by screw working bodies of agricultural machines reduces the seed quality and increases the total cost of crop production. This paper describes the impact interaction of a particle with screw flights when seeds are fed into the transportation zone. There are velocity dependences during the impact and reflection of seeds on the screw surface at the maximum distance of the radius from the screw rotation axis.

Many kinds of are common occupants of humans' digestive tract that support the preservation of a balanced microbial environment that benefits host health. In this study, the unique lactic acid bacterium strain U-21, which was isolated from the feces of a healthy human, was examined for its metabolite profile in order to compare it to that of the strain 279, which does not have antioxidant (AO) capabilities. By using GC × GC-MS, the metabolite fingerprint of each strain was identified, and the data were then subjected to multivariate bioinformatics analysis.

This article presents the results of studies aimed at establishing the optimal stocking density of purebred and hybrid geese of the parent flock, taking into account the indicators of their live weight and egg production. When conducting research, the stocking density of geese was established depending on the breed and shape. Different stocking densities of geese in groups were achieved due to their different numbers in groups: Kuban 1.

The study was on a one-way cross between Wanxi male and Lindov female geese, and tested the effects of a hepatoprotective compound on growth and other traits in the parental and one-way cross involving male and female progeny. The hybrids obtained from crossing had high viability and productivity; their level was also positively affected by giving a hepatoprotective complex. Female parents were the Lindov breed's geese, and male parents were 120 geese of the Chinese Wanxi breed.

Department of Soil Science, Agrochemistry and Precision Agriculture, Federal State Budgetary Educational Establishment of Higher Education, "Bashkir State Agrarian University", Ufa, Russia.

The manuscript presents the materials of soil fertility analysis of agricultural lands in the north-eastern forest-steppe of the Republic of Bashkortostan in the conditions of the Salavatskiy district of the republic (Russian Federation). Agrochemical analysis of the humus accumulation, mobile phosphorus, exchangeable potassium was carried out, morphological properties were studied, the thickness of the humus horizon, granulometric composition and soil erosion were determined. During the 49-year period of agricultural land use, it was revealed some of the medium-humus soils passed into the category of high-humus, caused by the fact that the arable lands were not used for cultivating crops and they were withdrawn from circulation and sown with many-year-old grasses.

The genetic identity of Russian indigenous populations of the dark forest honeybee is gradually being lost due to spontaneous hybridization and gene introgression from other subspecies, which are transferred into the forest and foreststeppe zones for commercial beekeeping. The objective of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of various conservation and beekeeping practices in the complex biosphere reserve "Bashkir Urals" (the Southern Urals) in conserving the gene pool of the indigenous Burzyan bee population. We discovered that the variant Q of the COI-COII locus of mitochondrial DNA, which dominates in other bee subspecies, is absent in colonies in the remote landscape zones of this reserve.
