Introduction: While vulvar masses are not prevalent in society, they are one of the reasons for complaints that arise during visits to gynecology outpatient clinics. An excision is typically necessary for both the purpose of diagnosing and treating the condition.
Methods: We documented three exceptional instances with distinct histopathological diagnoses and varying presentations, as well as a consecutive series of five patients, including one Bartholin abscess and one labia major abscess.

Objective: Adenoid cystic carcinoma (AdCC) of the Bartholin's gland (AdCC-BG) is a very rare gynecologic vulvar malignancy. AdCC-BGs are slow-growing but locally aggressive and are associated with high recurrence rates. Here we sought to characterize the molecular underpinning of AdCC-BGs.

Leiomyoma, otherwise known as a fibroid, is commonly encountered in the uterus. Vaginal leiomyomas are extremely rare with a relative paucity of cases reported in the literature. Due to the rarity of the disease and complexity of the vaginal anatomy, definitive diagnosis and treatment are challenging.

Adenoid cystic carcinoma of the Bartholin's gland (ACCBG) is a rare, slowly but aggressive malignancy. We reported the case of a 31-year-old woman who was treated by local excision and then hemi-vulvectomy, with positive margins and perineural invasion. Radiation therapy (RT) was then performed delivering 45Gy in 25 fractions in bilateral inguinal lymph nodes and 64.

Melanoma, Paget disease, basal cell carcinomas, and other cancers can present with vulval/vaginal symptoms. Background: Adenoid cystic carcinoma (ACC) of the Bartholin's gland is a rare cancer of the female genital tract for which there is no consensus on treatment. As there are no current reports on neoadjuvant chemotherapy followed by surgery for this disease, our case explores the effectiveness of neoadjuvant chemotherapy.
Case Description: We report a case of ACC of Bartholin's gland.

Background: Bartholin gland carcinoma (BGC) is an unusual malignancy representing less than 5% of all vulval carcinomas. Due to the limited published information on the diagnosis and treatment of BGC, this tumor is prone to misdiagnosis; most cases are found in an advanced stage once the diagnosis is delayed.
Methods: This was a retrospective study of six patients with BGC in the West China Second University Hospital between January 2011 to August 2021.

Introduction And Importance: Leiomyoma, known as a disease of the uterus, composed of spindle-shaped smooth muscle fibers and collagenous stroma, is rarely encountered in other sites especially in the vagina.
Case Presentation: We report, here, an exceptional case of a vaginal leiomyoma situated in the anterior vaginal wall suggesting in the first place a cystocele. The MRI objectified a rounded formation of the anterior wall of the vagina with regular contours highly suggestive of a vaginal leimyoma.

Three women with diverse gynaecological medical histories (one with endometriosis, one having had an episiotomy and obstetric anal sphincter injury during a recent delivery, and one having had a recent cystectomy of the left Bartholin gland) developed acute episodes of gynaecological pelvic pain. In each case, clinical investigations (including objective tools for assessing the source, nature and severity of the pain) were conducted early on, and a multimodal approach to therapy was introduced to control the pain and avoid central sensitization or chronicity. The multimodal approach included hormone therapy, antineuropathic medications, and corticosteroid or botulinum neurotoxin infiltrations in some of the patients according to their medical conditions but consistently included behavioural adjustments, physical interventions and a nutraceutical supplement (alpha-lipoic acid, palmitoylethanolamide and myrrh).
