A total of 66 patients with LDH admitted to Tianjin Medical University from June 2017 to June 2018 were divided into two groups: the observation group (single-channel PELD) and the control group (posterior lumbar interbody fusion), with 33 cases in each group.

Methods: A retrospective analysis was performed on 128 patients after inhalation of general anesthesia in the recovery room of the Anesthesiology Department of The Fourth Hospital of Hebei Medical University from September 2019 to September 2021. All patients received the same anesthesia induction and analgesia methods, inhalation anesthesia or intravenous-inhalation anesthesia maintenance, recovered spontaneous breathing and removed endotracheal intubation after surgery, then were divided into HFNC group and ONM group for oxygen therapy.

Methods: A retrospective cohort study was conducted to analyze the correlation between postoperative facial nerve function and surgical approach, age, sex, tumor size and adhesion degree of facial nerve in 152 patients with acoustic neuroma.

Results: In the choice of surgical approach, there was no significant difference in the anatomy of the complete facial nerve in labyrinth path, retrosigmoid sinus path, and middle cranial fossa path.

Methods: Forty-two patients with vitiligo vulgaris in the stable phase were classified into combined group (19 cases) and medicine group (23) admitted in dermatology department, Baoding First Central Hospital from January 2017 to July 2018. Both groups took 50mg compound glycyrrhizin orally three times per day, and applied halometasone cream externally once per day.
