Objective: The aim of this study was to compare the effects of pelvic floor muscle training (PFMT) and modified pilates exercises (MPE) in elderly women with stress urinary incontinence (SUI).
Study Design: Both randomized groups [Group 1: PFMT (n = 17), Group 2: MPE (n = 17)] performed their exercises twice a week for 12 weeks. Incontinence Severity Index (ISI), Urogenital Distress Inventory-Short Form (UDI-6) and Incontinence Impact Questionnaire-Short Form (IIQ-7) were used to assess SUI frequency and level of exposure from symptoms, electromyography (EMG) device was used to assess PFM activation response and a stabilizer was used to assess transversus abdominis (TrA) muscle strength.

Myocardial Infarction (MI) refers to damage to the heart tissue caused by an inadequate blood supply to the heart muscle due to a sudden blockage in the coronary arteries. This blockage is often a result of the accumulation of fat (cholesterol) forming plaques (atherosclerosis) in the arteries. Over time, these plaques can crack, leading to the formation of a clot (thrombus), which can block the artery and cause a heart attack.

Fractional-order (FO) chaotic systems exhibit random sequences of significantly greater complexity when compared to integer-order systems. This feature makes FO chaotic systems more secure against various attacks in image cryptosystems. In this study, the dynamical characteristics of the FO Sprott K chaotic system are thoroughly investigated by phase planes, bifurcation diagrams, and Lyapunov exponential spectrums to be utilized in biometric iris image encryption.
