Materials And Methods: This multicentre, retrospective cohort study included patients with acute ischemic stroke following large anterior circulation occlusion.

Cancer is among the leading causes of mortality in developed countries due to limited available therapeutic modalities and high rate of morbidity. Although malignancies might show individual genetic landscapes, recurring aberrations in the neoplastic genome have been identified in the wide range of transformed cells. These include translocations of frequently affected loci of the human genetic material like the Ewing sarcoma breakpoint region 1 () of chromosome 22 that results in malignancies with mesodermal origin.

Convincing a patient who has undergone any aesthetic surgery to come for a long-term follow-up is extremely difficult. The result obtained after rhinoplasty usually stabilizes in the first year and it is unlikely to change after 2 years. The precision carving technique described in 2014 has been employed by us for the last several years.

Diagnosing hereditary spastic paraplegia (HSP) in paediatric patients can be challenging, especially when there is no positive family history. Children are often initially misdiagnosed with cerebral palsy due to the gradual progression of the disease and non-specific neuroimaging findings, despite the absence of perinatal insult. This misdiagnosis can prevent timely prenatal diagnosis, limiting the ability to make informed decisions about the pregnancy and to plan early interventions.
