High-Grade Endometrial Cancer-Behaviour and Outcomes at a Tertiary Cancer Centre.

High-grade endometrial carcinomas are a heterogeneous group of clinically aggressive tumours. They include FIGO grade 3 endometrioid adenocarcinoma, uterine papillary serous carcinoma (UPSC), clear cell carcinoma, undifferentiated carcinoma and carcinosarcomas or malignant mixed Mullerian tumour (MMMT). The aim of this study is to look at clinicopathological features and survival outcomes of high-grade endometrial cancers of the uterus in our centre.

Tetralogy of Fallot With Interatrial Communication of the Inferior Sinus Venosus Type: A Rare Association Causing Post-Operative Desaturation.

This case report describes a rare association of tetralogy of Fallot with interatrial communication of the inferior sinus venosus type (inferior sinus venosus defect). The patient underwent intracardiac repair for tetralogy of Fallot at 8 months of age. His postoperative course was complicated by desaturation.

We describe the case of a 52-day-old child who was diagnosed with a rare combination of corrected transposition of great vessels - hypoplastic right ventricle with supracardiac total anomalous pulmonary venous connection.

Correlation Among Genotype, Phenotype, and Histology in Neuronal Ceroid Lipofuscinoses: An Individual Patient Data Meta-Analysis.

Background: Neuronal ceroid lipofuscinoses (NCL) are heterogeneous neurodegenerative disorders. A better understanding of genotype-phenotype-histology correlation is expected to improve patient care and enhance understanding for phenotypic variability. This meta-analysis studies the correlation of NCL genotypes with clinical phenotypes, ages of onset, and pathologic findings.
