Objective: This study aimed to assess linagliptin's inhibitory effects on the proliferation of cervical cancer cell lines and investigate its potential for targeting human heat shock protein 90.
Methods: Linagliptin's cytotoxicity was assessed on a cervical cancer cell line (Hela cancer cell line) at two different incubation periods, 24 and 72 hours. The molecular docking between linagliptin and the receptor protein human Hsp 90 (PDB code: 5XRE) was performed using the Biovia Discovery Studio and AutoDock tool software.

Objective: This study aimed to discover the cytotoxic effect of YH239-EE and YH239 alone and their enantiomer potency in cytotoxic effect on the MCF7 cell line.
Methods: We used the cytotoxic study on MDM2 cell lines by detecting the percentage of apoptosis and necrosis by annexin v methods.
Result: This result shows that YH239-EE causes more apoptosis and necrosis 40% in comparison to YH239 without ethyl ester, about 4.

Objective: aim of this study was to examine the synergistic effect between the antibacterial drug ciprofloxacin and the natural compound laetrile on esophageal cancer cells, specifically focusing on their combined cytotoxic effect.
Methods: The combined cytotoxic effects of two alternative incubation durations (24 and 72 hours) were studied using an esophageal cancer cell line. Ciprofloxacin, laetrile, and their combinations were tested at concentrations ranging from 1 to 1000 micrograms/milliliter, to enhance the safety of the combination, the concentrations of the combination constituents were reduced by half compared to when they are used individually, the combination index was then calculated to estimate the components' possible synergistic effects.

Introduction: due to the fact that antimicrobial peptides antimicrobial peptides (AMPs) from climbing perch have not been fully explored for their antimicrobial potency, this investigation was undertaken to explore that possibility.
Methods: antimicrobial peptides (AMPs) from the mucous secretion of climbing perch were obtained and an in-vivo analysis was conducted using mice.
Results: the results showed inhibitory effects on multidrug-resistant multidrug-resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa with reduced mortality from 100% among the non-treated group to 25%.

Combining viruses and nanoparticles may be a way to successfully treat cancer and minimize adverse effects. The current work aimed to evaluate the efficacy of a specific combination of gold nanoparticles (GNPs) and Newcastle disease virus (NDV) to enhance the antitumor effect of breast cancer in both in vitro and in vivo models. Two human breast cancer cell lines (MCF-7 and AMJ-13) and a normal epithelial cell line (HBL-100) were used and treated with NDV and/or GNPs.

Endometriosis is a chronic gynecologic disorder characterized by abnormal growth of endometrium-like tissues in the ectopic regions of the pelvic peritoneum. The pathophysiology of endometriosis is not completely understood; however, excessive endometrial cell proliferation together with resistance to apoptosis facilitates the migration, implantation, and survival of endometrial cells in the distant sites. Endoplasmic reticulum (ER) stress response (also called unfolded protein response) is a cellular defense mechanism triggered by ER stress.
