We present a rare case of a 78-year-old man diagnosed with normal pressure hydrocephalus associated with BDD and seizure who presented with left-sided weakness of the body and abnormal body movements.

Methods: We assembled a cohort of brain tumor patients from two medical centers, with two oncologists independently reviewing their clinical profiles. A retrospective examination of 87 PCNSL, 87 HGG, and 71 METS cases was performed to assess the aforementioned parameters.

Case Presentation: A 45-year-old male presented with abdominal pain and vomiting. Diagnosis revealed a jejunal stricture with perforation, necessitating resection and anastomosis.

This narrative review aims to examine the etiology and epidemiology of acute exacerbations of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (AECOPD) in Eastern Nepal. A systematic search was conducted to identify relevant studies published in English, focusing on combinations of keywords such as "acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease," "AECOPD," "Nepal," "etiology," "epidemiology," "environmental exposure," "comorbidities," and "socioeconomic factors." Synthesizing findings from recent studies, it highlights the multifactorial nature of AECOPD, including the roles of respiratory infections, environmental exposures, and comorbidities.

Right subclavian artery aneurysms are rare vascular anomalies that can present significant diagnostic and management challenges, especially in elderly patients. We present a case of a 72-year-old female who presented with sudden onset chest pain and was diagnosed with an unruptured right subclavian artery aneurysm with partial thrombus formation. Advanced imaging, including chest X-ray and contrast-enhanced CT scan, confirmed the diagnosis and guided a successful endovascular repair, stabilizing the patient.
