Psoriasis is a disease of considerable clinical and histopathological diversity. We report a rare case of elephantine psoriasis responding very well to methotrexate. Histopathology revealed abnormal papillomatosis with finger-like projections in addition to alternating orthokeratosis with overlying hypergranulosis and parakeratosis with overlying hypogranulosis.

Gastrointestinal stromal tumours (GISTs) are infrequently encountered, mesenchymal tumours of the gastrointestinal tract of varying malignant potential. Multiple (in hundreds) small intestinal GISTs have been reported to occur only very occasionally in patients with type 1 neurofibromatosis (NF1). They are mostly silent, often detected incidentally or when complicated by bleeding or other symptoms.

Study Design: We present a prospective study conducted with 15 clinically diagnosed ENL cases. Among them, 13 cases had previously been diagnosed with lepromatous leprosy (LL) and 2 patients were new LL cases with signs and symptoms of ENL lesions.
