In this report, we present the case of a patient with an uncommon triple diagnosis of (1) follicular (nodular) lymphoma, (2) nodular lymphocyte predominant Hodgkin lymphoma, and (3) diffuse large B-cell lymphoma non-germinal center B-cell (non-GCB) subtype. Although transformation of follicular lymphoma and nodular lymphocyte predominant lymphoma to more aggressive forms such as diffuse large B-cell lymphoma is possible; it generally happens many years after diagnosis. Moreover, there have been reported cases of follicular lymphoma with transformation and nodular lymphocyte predominant Hodgkin lymphoma with transformation at the time of diagnosis, but it is very uncommon to see all three present on initial diagnosis.

Given the recent outbreaks of the Marburg (MARV) virus within the first quarter of the year 2023, interest in the MARV virus has been re-ignited given its shared phylogeny with the dreadful Ebola virus. This relation gives some insight into its virulence, associated morbidities, and mortality rates. The first outbreak of MARV recorded was in Germany, in 1967, of which seven died out of 31 reported cases.

These metals are documented to produce hypersensitivity reactions.

Psychogenic vomiting is defined as recurrent vomiting without any known discernible organic reasons, or functional vomiting occurring from psychological stress. The overall clinical presentation of psychogenic vomiting suggests a wide range of disability levels, such as stress disorders, mood changes, depression, sexual problems, personality disorders, learned responses, conversion disorders, and illness problems. Non-pharmacological treatment modalities are important as medication for psychogenic vomiting such as individual and group psychotherapy, supportive and behavioral therapy, and family and marital therapy.

Retinal blood flow is an emerging biomarker in ocular and systemic disease. Erythrocyte mediated angiography (EMA) is a novel technique that provides an easily interpretable blood flow velocity quantification by directly tracing individual moving erythrocyte ghosts over time in vivo, imaged using a scanning laser ophthalmoscope (Heidelberg Retina Angiograph platform). This tracking procedure, however, requires time-consuming manual analysis to determine blood flow.

Drug-induced liver injury (DILI) is a rare and potentially lethal condition associated with the use of many commonly-used medications, including inhaled fluticasone-vilanterol. Therefore, a careful review of medications should always be obtained in the setting of acute onset hepatic dysfunction. We present the first reported case of idiosyncratic drug-induced liver injury associated with the use of this medication.
