Materials And Methods: Between January 2000 and December 2020, orthopedics and traumatology residency theses of all centers providing postgraduate education in Turkey were reviewed from the online application of the National Thesis Center of Higher Education Council. Using the advanced search screen, a total of 1,907 theses were reached.

The aim of this study was to use geographical analysis to determine the distribution of cutaneous leishmaniasis among the provinces of Turkey, as well as detection of the presence of any regional clustering in Turkey using spatial analyses. Geographic information systems based spatial analyses were performed on cutaneous leishmaniasis cases recorded by the Turkish Ministry of Health during the period from 1988-2006. Spatial analyses, including local and global spatial autocorrelation methods and clustering analysis were performed on the cutaneous leishmaniasis cases (1996-2006), to detect any trend or cluster and any particular province.

Objectives: We developed a questionnaire to measure the knowledge level of adults about risk factors for cardiovascular diseases (CVD) and assessed its validity and reliability.

Study Design: We developed the Cardiovascular Disease Risk Factors Knowledge Level (CARRF-KL) Scale in the light of the literature data.
