Leukemias are neoplasms of hematolymphoid cells that predominantly involve the peripheral blood. Cutaneous involvement (leukemia cutis) occurs in chronic myeloid leukemia, chronic lymphocytic leukemia, and in monocytic leukemia. Here, we report a case of a 49-year-old female patient known to have chronic myeloid leukemia presented with multiple cutaneous lesions.
