Aimed to improve the dissolution profile of risperidone and increase the compliance of psychotic patients, we designed a fast dissolution tablet (FDT) containing nanoparticles. Risperidone nanoparticles were prepared by the acid-alkali neutralization method, and their size and stability were evaluated. Spray freeze-drying (SFD) process was then employed to fabricate the nanoaggregates using sugars.

Aim: to investigate the efficacy of zinc supplementation in chronic prostatitis treatment.
Methods: present randomized clinical trial was conducted on 120 patients with diagnosis of chronic prostatitis (IIIA NIH) after preliminary evaluation and ruling out other conditions. The study group received oral zinc sulfate 220 mg daily as capsule without any other supplements.
